Llys Meddyg - Piatti

The building and garden is fantastic. The food is imaginative and delicious and it’s a real treat to sit out under the big tent or in separate little cabins. We went twice during our four day stay in the area. Their own smoked salmon is to die for!

Great great food especially the sea bream was so delicious! I highly recommend the restaurant to try. Only one comment as picked up by other guests is the toilet being outside the restaurant. Glad it wasn't raining when we visited but could imagine the hassle if it was!

Twinkly lights, fire pit, cosy pod and fantastic food. What a great evening spent in the Secret Garden. Trying to avoid infection because of recent treatment and it was so lovely to be able to enjoy the great outdoors. Fantastic idea. Will be back. Waiter...was first class too. Visualizza piatti

….. visiting Llys. I’ve stayed here a few times and always look forward to it. The welcome from all the staff, fantastic salmon at breakfast, cocktails in the garden before a fantastic “Tom’s” Sunday lunch. Sad to leave but looking forward to my next visit....Thank you all so much.

This is a lovely venue with very delightful friendly staff attentive and efficient. The sea bass portion was rather small but well cooked and succulent. My rib eye steak was tasty but rather chewy. All spoiled by being served on cold plates so very quickly the food had already lost most of its heat. A shame.

Ate here with my family just after the first lockdown had ended and was delighted to see that Llys Meddyg had seized the initiative by filling the garden with small wooden huts.Ok the menu wasn't what it is normally (we had stayed here for New Year's Eve a few years ago) but under the circumstances the food was good and reasonably priced and the place was buzzing.I congratulate them. We visited this restaurant whilst on a weekend break in Parrog. It was a Saturday evening and the only available table was at 5.30 when booking online. It was ideal as we had a toddler with us. We sat in one of the pods in...the garden which was fun although there wasn't any background music initially so there wasn't much of an atmosphere to start with. Once the place filled up and the music was switched on it was much better. We all enjoyed our food which was a very high standard. The Salmon sharer was delicious and the Treacle Tart was one of the best we've had.

Cellar bar and restaurant nicely decorated, however was served Diet Coke out of a large bottle that you buy at a super market!!! There is no partition to stop the cold air from outside coming into restaurant so constantly staff in and out creating cold environment. Food portions are that of a tasting menu..... prices are very steep for what you get. Wife's apple terrine was size of 50p piece for £8.50. They have a long way to go to warrant charging fine dining London prices. Service and overall quality needs to be raised to warrant the pricing. Also dont want to be told sorry we are closing for a few weeks hence running down stock..... does that mean you the prices are less ? Has massive pot...

My partner and I were here on 10th June and this was our fourth visit to the restaurant over the last couple of years. The previous three previous occasions at this restaurant have been sat outside and magical! Food and service EXCEPTIONAL. This time however service was poor. A starter, the salmon platter that we have every time at this restaurant was about 70% smaller and not enough for two people. We also ordered croquettes they were ICE COLD. The croquettes were taken off the bill and we were offered a cocktail, but seeing previous reviews over the last few weeks there seems to be a common theme of complaints, so the restaurant is either not learning or there is just a lack of care.
