"Had an average panini bacon and Brie today. Quite easily could have made better at home. No effort in presentation and the accompanying coleslaw was tasteless and lots of water in the bottom of the small dish it was served in. Crisps we’re nice tho : Asked if there was changing facilities to change my 5 month old baby and was told there was a mat in the toilet and that I could change him on the floor in the toilet or on the toilet seat itself. Safety and hygiene was not considered by the staff member I spoke to. (Not 100% sure but seemed to be more in charge so possibly owner or manager, not very friendly person . Wasn’t welcomed or greeted when we entered or when we went up to order. Simple hello, how are you? Too much to ask. On a positive the lady who bought our food out to us was lovely and made time to speak to us all. Shame as the place itself was nice.l and was looking forward to a nice lunch and a matter with a friend. Have given one star as no stars wasn’t allowed."

The prices are quite steep—£19 for two bacon sandwiches and a pot of tea is pretty surprising for Pembrokeshire. As for the ratings: Rooms: 1, Service: 5, Location: 5.

This restaurant is fantastic! I always enjoy my visits here. They went above and beyond to arrange a private lunch for our family the day after our wedding. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding! The garden in the back is a perfect spot to soak up the sun. Service: 5 Location: 5

Delicious lunch and cakes. Had beef cawl, quiche of the day and fisherman’s board. All nicely presented and very tasty. Bakewell tart with creme was flasus! Super cafe. We had a stop in Newport for a bit of food. Super double espresso the only one that tastes like coffee. The food a salad of the day (super tasty crab and nicely served on a dish) and quiche of the day were very tasty. I recommend everyone to stop here. Price £31 was reasonable Service: 5 Location: 5

The Sunday lunch menu was quite disappointing, offering only three options of baguettes: a) bacon, b) sausage, and c) bacon and sausage. There were no tomatoes, salad, or sauces included. You can get a baguette with bacon or sausage for £6.50. Perhaps the chef is on vacation, as my previous visits had much better food. On the positive side, the service was quick and friendly.
