Lovely meal but seven pounds for two lattes which were instant powder sachets. Sweet disgusting and expensive. Patricia.

We went for a Sunday lunch as a party of 14 the staff food and service was excellent, we pre booked the vegetarian option for one of our guests who throughly enjoyed the nut roast, nothing was any trouble.

An absolute gem of a place. Four of us had a Sunday roast, we couldn’t fault it . The staff are extremely friendly and professional. We loved everything about it, that we have booked again. Thank you for making a delicious meal and making our day special.

Booked a Sunday lunch for the family, great Carvery plenty of choice and good service and reasonable price. Always busy on Sundays so definitely book a time slot as there are several sitting, but there is plenty of time to enjoy your meal two hours). ENJOY. Visualizza piatti

10 of us visited to eat on a Saturday evening, the menu was varied and the food delicious. All 10 meals appeared within a few minutes of each other and every single person commented on how good they were. The food is freshly cooked and obviously hadn’t been kept hanging around waiting. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and was really surprised at the size of tip we left. Planning to call back for another Carvery sometime

We have been number of times and have always enjoyed the quality and quantity of food available for Sunday lunch. Their system is simple. Since covid each diner has a slip of paper at the table with each of the different meats and vegetables listed individually. All it takes is to tick whichever, or all, you desire and the waitress will collect your slip, make up your order and serve it to your table. Much better than forming a disorderly queue and diving into the food.

Having experienced the famous Wheel Carvery on numerous occasions this was our first taste of the Saturday night menu. And we were not disappointed. A varied menu, sensible pricing, well cooked and nicely presented food and friemdly service. There are several eating establishments in the area not many. if any, can match The Wheel for quality, value for money and a warm, friendly atmosphere. At the moment I can't decide whether on the next occasion I'll be ordering the Foot long Hot Dog or Bert's Burger !! Visualizza piatti
