The White Horse - Piatti

Visited white horse today for a Sunday roast, we were seated by the fire place which was lovely and cosy! Our waitress was Shanese who was very attentive. The new menu was amazing but I was there for the roast which was delicious can’t...wait to come back and have the kebabs. Highly recommended venue is fantastic.

Four of us booked for a bench meal each and it was excellent. Came well presented and very tasty and we didn't wait long for the meals . The staff were welcoming ,efficient and polite . The Christmas decorations inside and the pods outside looked...wonderful . Had a lovely experience will be going back again thank you White Horse

I visited this restaurant for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. The White Horse went above and beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff was welcoming, and the food was excellent. The vegan menu was particularly impressive, with a variety of flavorful dishes. I can't say enough about this lovely restaurant. Every time I visit, I feel so welcomed and at ease. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food always surpasses my expectations. If you're looking for a great spot for a family meal, look no further. The staff is always smiling, which makes me believe they are well taken care of. Overall, this place is absolutely fantastic!

I have been here a few times and each time is so lovely. The vibe and food is spot on. We came on the first day of re-opening since the team took a well deserved break, and the team were welcoming and friendly. Provided is...with information about the new menu selection and we got to sit by the warm log fire. The kebabs were so flavourful. Will be back again as it is such an enjoyable experience. Loved the pods. The actual tea was nice (especially the savory bits) really pretilly set out. Could have done without the brussel sprouts though. But overall good value for money and a really nice idea. The waitress was sweet and young but not very switched...on or attentive. I noticed this maninly as the waitress of next door pod was very good and gave information about blankets available and what to expect. Pre ordered ,didn't have my daughters starter or one of the children's starters ,so they had to wait while we all started ours,while they sorted it out The meal was BAD,the roast potatoes were burnt,the stuffing ball was so hard couldn't eat it.My daughter is...vegan when her meal came it had Turkey on it so had to be sent back. My husband was supposed to have a complimentary Doom Bar Beer, but they didn't have any Beer, eventually a helpful waitress came up with a bottle of Budweiser, but they were not allowed to sell one ? All i can say is the waitresses did a brilliant job.

having booked a table thinking it would be busy no need.when we arrived the car park was near empty which was a worrying sign,and it was.Outside was a very nice display of Christmas lights and decorations.But what a contrast on entering no staff and more...of a concern NO diners AND THIS WAS Sunday evening.To keep it short the food was RUBBISH the way it was presented did not look as if a chef had prepared it We keep looking at the door to see if anyone else would arrive on asking the waitress why no one was there said said we were the last ones. Also asking for a deposit is a joke and putting a service charge we were the only people there. AVOID untill the food and customer service improves...

Place is really pretty but service is awful. Ordered a set Xmas menu for me and friends and waited at the bar for and still hadn’t been served. Our starters was on the table so went to eat that without a drink. Starters was...camerbert with tiny bits of bread so was mainly just eating cheese on its own. Went back to the bar after and was again waiting for ages to get served. The quere wasn’t even going down. It was the same people at the front of the bar so I don’t understand what was going on. By the time we got a drink we went back to the table and our food had come and was cold as we had waited so long to get a drink.
