"the restaurant was busy, but as we had booked, we had no problem. others who had not booked were turned away (very polite.) all employees were very good and it was great to see that the place was really good and efficient. the food was all good and also good value, even better value for us as we have a harvester 50% discount on the offer. my only criticism (and this applies to too many places in these days) is that there is no drowned beer (real ale.)"

No heating and freezing. Tough on staff and just wanted to eat and get out quickly. Therefore not relaxing.

I am confused as to how a restaurant can run out of fresh onions and serve cold rolls. The staff provided good service, but these two issues were a letdown.

it was nice eating, my only complaining was the ice, it is in the regular whining ice, but it was only standard pot ice cream in there sunshades, what was disappointing?

on a day as busy as vatertag was the service quality. eating was delicious and hot we didn't wait too long until eating is served. very happy round, would recommend this restaurant.

the waitress was nice and good at her job. the food was delicious and juicy huh. we didn't have the salate because it's too much to eat for us. blackberry and apple crumb was delicious.

Terrible food, sent back as chicken not cooked very slap dash not as good as other harvesters. Will not return to Willow Brook. They took £5 of my meal but bill still £35.47 wouldn't have given it to my dog.

Despite having made a reservation, we were denied entry to the restaurant. I am requesting compensation from Harvester for this incident. It is unacceptable for Harvester to accept bookings that they cannot fulfill.

Disappointing service, made to wait outside till half hour after our booking time, ordered from the set menu for 2 courses, after the first course they decided to tell us the puddings weren’t available. Salad cart is a shambles, not allowed to fill your own bowls (really awkward situation Won’t be returning.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive. Our server made sure to check in on us throughout our meal to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The food was delicious and served hot. Our order didn't take too long to arrive. We will definitely be making a reservation again in the future.
