Fantastic genuine pub. Really good menu, friendly staff, great choice of ales, dogs allowed and even the local cat pops. If you were to imagine the perfect pub, this would be it.

This charming village pub offers a wonderful selection of beers and delicious home-cooked food. It's the perfect spot to stop at after a walk or include as a pit stop along the way.

My food was amazing, everything for me was cooked perfectly.(I had roast pork) we had to wait a fair bit to be served, which considering it was fairly quiet when we arrived was unexpected. The staff were lovely. The meal was fairly priced.

A really nice pub in a lovely village green location with plenty of parking around. Arrived here with a group of friends on a Sunday afternoon after a long enjoyable day of walking locally. Very good choice of beers/wines and we decided to stay for a Sunday roast which was plentiful and excellent! An added bonus was that staff and customers were very friendly!
