"While visiting Knole, we decided to have lunch at a nearby pub and came across the Bricklayers Arms after a quick Google search. We were pleasantly surprised by the picturesque view of a lovely lake outside the pub. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the staff and promptly handed menus. My partner enjoyed a classic dish of ham, egg, and chips, which did not disappoint with its generous serving of thick ham. I opted for a delicious goats cheese baguette. We left feeling satisfied and happy that we had stumbled upon such a great find. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were welcoming. It was a perfect end to our day, as we didn't have to worry about cooking dinner."

I had a great lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the chicken burger. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was very busy for a Tuesday lunchtime, so it seems like everyone knows how good the food is here.

The pub has a separate dinning area, it is best to ask to eat in here. There are gluten free options, different from the app sample menu, but the roasts are just without the stuffing, Yorkshire puds and chipolata (pigs). The food was very tasty. The service was a little lacking in experience but acceptable. I have been many times to this pub and the food has always been very good.
