OK, I have to admit, I actually wanted to go to Chimy’s. Chimy’s and confused it with Tibetasia. The two restaurants somehow belong together and since we had already reserved a table at Tibetasia, we stayed there. Unfortunately there is hardly anything vegan there, apart from the ecologically problematic avocado

Momos, only meat sampled) were good, roasted noodles were very sweet, poulet wing standard.What really tasted were two of the salads. it had a som tam (thai papaya salat) and an Indian lens salad that were both very good.

for an event the buffet was prepared extra vegan. with about 6 different salads and 8 hot meals. even if the service was somewhat overwhelmed with the drinks (there were 30 people at the same time,) the food has made up again in any case. the chef / owner has according to his own details a few of the dishes for the first time veganized and for that they were really top! he knows what he does. very happy again, also to the normal buffet. all you can eat buffet for 26 chf is a hit.

Good quality asian food at its best in Zurich. For the 26 CHF dinner buffet, you can indulge in savoury curries, spicy grilled chicken and their signature mouth watering momos (aka Tibetan dumplings with both meat and vegetarian options). It is not too oily or...salty and all our guests whom we have brought here have enjoyed it immensely. They are open for weekend dinners which is a plus and reservations are recommended since it can get quite packed sometimes. We are regulars now and always look forward to our next visit!
