While we enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. If we were to come back, it would probably be for takeout, as we barely had a chance to enjoy our meal and finish our drinks before they rushed us to leave. We spent less than an hour there.

There were a few vegan options available, but the flavors didn't impress me. The food reminded me of a supermarket ready meal. The sweet and sour tofu consisted of cubed silken tofu drenched in what tasted like pre-packaged sweet and sour sauce. The vegetable noodles and kidney bean curry were passable, but nothing special.

First visit to Tiger in the Wall today for take away after hearing many positive reviews. I ordered the Chilli Tofu, which was very nice indeed. I am already looking froward to trying more of the vegan dishes on the menu, in particular from the Indian Menu. There is an Indian section on menu, and also Oriental, which I chose from today. Well worth a visit.

The food was extremely disappointing. The sweet and sour dish resembled more of a soup than anything else, and the ribs tasted like the pre-packaged ones you find in supermarket frozen meals. The service was decent—polite, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Considering the quality, the prices were too high. I wouldn't recommend returning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The lentil bites are to die for! Absolutely delicious if not limited vegan Indian offerings from what appears to be a hotel restaurant. Efficient service to pick up from the takeaway but the £30 minimum may be exclusive and off putting for some. We ordered the lentil dhal and chickpea curry with the lentil bites starter and tandoori roti. Yum! Updated from previous review on 2021-09-26

We sat outside as we had a canine companion. The view was really nice as the terrace overlooks the river. The vegan options were clearly marked on the menu. The crispy lentil bites were really delicious as was the creamy coconutty lentil daal. The roti was perfect fresh and not greasy. Prices were good too. The waiter kept pushing us to buy extra portions of rice but we found that the quantity was fine without.

This restaurant offers a nice selection of vegan options, including two vegan starters. We tried the lentil bites as our appetizer, and they were fantastic—definitely a must-try! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a high-class yet welcoming atmosphere. However, we did find some downsides, particularly with the portion sizes. The amount of rice served with the dish was insufficient given the quantity of sauce, and additional rice came at an extra cost. We also had to pay a service charge of £6.
