"The restaurant experience was a total disaster! We arrived and our table was ready, but were initially told we couldn't order from the menu because we hadn't booked through OpenTable ourselves. After complaining, they allowed us to order and the food was very nice. However, my friend received the wrong alcohol at the bar, but they quickly corrected the mistake and gave her a refund. We were then asked to leave the table as it was booked for another party, even though we had spent around 500 pounds in the 2 hours we were there. The manager, Nicola, was unapologetic and did not offer any other solutions. This ruined my birthday celebration and left us feeling very dissatisfied. Additionally, we were charged over £5 for a half pint due to the broken pumps, which were not fixed. Overall, the club was a complete joke and I would never return. The management needs to improve their customer service skills and professionalism. As a retail manager myself, I would never treat my customers this way. I hope my feedback is taken on board. Person at the door said they did not have our booking and said they did not like working with Opentable. Took more than an hour and a half for our burgers to arrive.

Unfortunately, the booking was not appreciated as they have left a message to say that they could finally bring us! I called several times to choose this, but nobody could confirm me. When they cancelled late, we couldn't find another restaurant that could accommodate us so that we had to cancel our plans.

Scare!!!!!! Had a garbage table, though we had booked. Hunted them for a menu then finally ordered to request garlic bread with our net... receive black garlic bread, but no net! He waited another 40 minutes before he asked where our net should only be said that it would not be possible. While all this went on, countless meals were served to the back room. WOW! As bad as it gets, party of six of us and the main comments provided by the group. Disgusting, awful, shameful, will never eat here again, lets just leave, I've had enough of waiting. So we arrived at 1.30pm and order taken in the first ten minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting and no starter we complained, told very few people in the kitchen which would explain no food coming out.
