Two Magpies Bakery - Piatti

Pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit. Have been many times for cakes and coffee but this time went for breakfast. Absolutely beautiful French toast, bacon was super Smokey and the bread was so thick and fluffy. Can’t recommend enough, portion size was just right. Not the cheapest breakfast in Norwich but we’ll worth it.

This restaurant is a wonderful spot for lunch, brunch, or coffee! My husband and I visited for lunch and were impressed by the variety of vegan and gluten-free options. The staff even knew to avoid eggs in the bread, so they kindly offered me a free macaroon instead. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!

Had a pot of tea and a cinnamon bun waiting for my crew to finish up in the escape room opposite. Cracking spot for people watching and a definite upgrade to the coffee shops chains in the centre. Tea was hot and wet, the cinnamon bun was really nice and tasted soft and fresh inside, despite being late afternoon. Good service also, would definitely recommend. Visualizza piatti

A pricier cafe ìn terms of the food, but really lovely staff. Their signature sausage roll is really good, but is definitely less meaty in terms of taste and texture than others. And the giant double chocolate chip cookie has quite a bite to it very chewy and has alot of good flavour. I would recommend as a more high end place to grab a bite to eat with a friend or loved one.

If you have dietary issues then Two Magpies is an option with sourdough bread as well as pastries cakes and savouries. There were 7 of us and they had no issues with orders or making sure that the food came out at the same time. The bill wss split 7 ways and, again, this was not an issue. The food looked great and tasted better. We have revisited a couple of times since and the food is still fab but the service was slow, sorry guys

We randomly found this lovely cafe and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. They had a wide variety of pastries, some of which we tried and found to be absolutely delicious! We began our meal with cappuccinos, which were heavenly. My husband ordered the French toast, which was outstanding, and I savored the freshly baked sourdough toasts with cinnamon swirl butter, a definite must-try! Overall, the food was simply delicious! This cafe is one of my top choices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is lively and cozy - perfect for chatting or studying. The freshly baked treats are a highlight, with a wide variety of savory and sweet options to choose from. Everything I've tried has been delicious, but I highly recommend the cheese and ham croissant or the buttery pain aux raisin. Both are amazing, just like all the other choices on the menu.

What a find in Norwich, for me, its all about the coffee, whether it's strong and not bitter, smooth and totally drinkable. It's was spot on! Whereas the rest of our family were all about the food, wonderful breakfast plates, cakes, biscuits and most importantly the variation of Gluten free and Dairy Free for allergens. The Magpies were totally all over this and had a superb menu. The staff were all so helpful, polite and had full knowledge which left you feeling totally confident. Visit, you won't be disappointed!

This place is phenomenal. I paid a visit on a Saturday, thanks to Google Maps and Reviews. It was a fleeting visit to Norwich, and I bought a sausage roll to take away. My goodness. This is no ordinary sausage roll. Expensive at over £4 but absolutely delicious. The only better sausage roll I have had was at a bakery in the Cotswolds, but still, this was fantastic. So much so, that I returned the next day to order some more sausage rolls to take home as well as a couple of sourdough baguettes. Well. What can I say. The baguettes were just divine.
