We ordered this only because the Chippy next door was shut, but we were so glad we did in the end. We had salt and pepper chicken, mixed chow mein, pork fried rice, spring rolls, prawn toast, duck in black bean… Basically our usual order whenever we go for a Chinese. This is by far the best Chinese takeaway I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot…! . And everyone else agreed. If you are in the Selly Oak area, you definitely need to try this place. I will definitely return, next time I’m in Birmingham. Such a hidden gem that definitely deserves a reputation on Tripadvisor. This is now our go-to place.

tin sing is by far the best Chinese takeaway I've ever had. the nice lady who always answers the phone and greets us when we arrive is so sweet and friendly, and has now met us what is really nice she is such a sweet person and it is a pleasure to give someone so nice the business. the eating is always delicious! Recently I have moved away from the opposite, but still back to have a takeaway of tin singing, I have never been a Chinese takeaway that has been as nice as hers! the chicken cure is delicious and so is the salt and chili huhn. this is my local Chinese take away and it's great. the employees are always so sweet and welcoming and I am always pampered for the choice by their large menu. They do not deliver, but they can call to place their order and then down to get it, or just pop in and order. in my experience it was always very busy, but the personal has always welcomed me and treated me well. the food is cooked to perfection and I love its portion sizes that are simple enough to fill me without being overwhelming! the prices are also appropriate. I especially enough the crispy lemon chickens and the sweet and acidic pork, the dim sum is also as good as dim sum can be and I love the fact that they are a lot sweet...
