The views are breathtaking, the dining experience is exquisite, and the service is top-notch! This place is truly impressive. Our experience at Ting Shard was unforgettable.

First time going here and must say it was absolutely amazing. Staff were super friendly and the afternoon tea was to die for. A massive shoutout to Jenny for the amazing service probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back!

It goes without saying that the view from this restaurant is something special. The food was also an experience, we went for a three course lunch menu with a glass of recommended wine. I am always worried I’ll leave hungry when visiting restaurants in this price class, but this was not the case here. I would highly recommend going here for a romantic lunch.

Obviously, if you're coming here for the view then the restaurant certainly does not disappoint. We did the afternoon tea and felt it left a lot to be desired. The ambience and the food presentation were the strongest points while the quality of the food itself was O-K. The pastries/desserts all had the same texture, just different flavors and the sandwiches were not particularly unique. Overall, it was a so-so experience.

We went to the ‘Bees in Bloom’ afternoon tea at Ting and it was absolutely blooming amazing! Savoury components were delicious and the decorative dessert parts were stunning. They not only looked stunning, they tasted amazing as well. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our waiter Freddy was lovely- attentive and very responsive. Stunning views- had great views of Tower Bridge from our table. All in all was great fun. Would highly recommend the experience

Amazing view that’s it. Food was good, but def not worth the money spent (100+ per person). Atmosphere is nowhere near expectation prior to booking this place, could hear the loud radio music from the bar right next to it, dirty carpets, chairs and tables didn’t feel like a reasonable priced restaurant you pay for felt like as if we were on an old cruise ship. 3 different waiters doesn’t provide any kind of comfortability and calmness. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unfortunately.

I recently dined at Ting restaurant in London and was captivated by the million-dollar view it offered. The food, especially the belly pork dish and seafood pasta, was exceptionally tasty; however, the drinks did not quite hit the mark. Unfortunately, the service was disappointingly slow, with a noticeable delay in drink orders for our party of three, disrupting the overall dining experience. Despite this, the experience was still worth it due to the stunning view and delicious food. There is definitely room for improvement in the service department. On a positive note, the hostesses were welcoming, helpful, and displayed a great attitude throughout our visit.

It was a strange one really. Good bad points but overall i felt the place deserved a four rating. The view speaks for itself. The initial service was a let down but once seated everything came good. Although i thought asking three times if i was enjoying my bread roll was a bit over the top lol. The food was lovely and even though you don’t appear to be getting g much the quality comes through and you are really full. One tremendous thing my wife was served the cod as a main, we commented quietly to ourselves about the portion size the next minute a manager approached and said he would be serving another main to my wife! We said it was ok but he insisted. An example of great customer service...

In summary, the experience was poor (bordering on extremely poor). A couple of points to mention 1. Service we were left waiting a long time when we asked for some tea (10 15 minutes) by the time it arrived we finished our cakes. We asked 3 different people for it but was ignored (they said it was coming but it didn't) 2. Food quality was not good, particularly the sandwiches the bread was dry, and portions were tiny. 3. Food quality we were advised to let them know when we wanted the scones and they would bring them out hot however they were just brought out when we wasn't ready for them very early on and they were cold and dry. 4.
