"This may be the worst experience we had in a restaurant, we asked on the line if it was possible to place 7ppl and were said yes, supported by the question of when we had a call to confirm our booking. At the meeting we were not insecure, we were not allowed 7 chairs! Squashing 4 people on 3 chairs, customer service disgusts, spoken as if we were dirt! The place is dirty, eating all over the ground, the tables are sticky, I will never return to this place."

The staff where really welcoming and the girl that served us called Emma was lovely. Will definitely be going back.

Food was good, waiter got drinks order wrong pint instead of half pint, coffee was unimaginable! Service was good to say it was busy, will still go!

Enjoyed it very much. Friendly and proffessional stafff. Excellent value for money. I am glad we getting back to normal. We are very regular customers. Nice to be back.

Disappointed with the person who took us to the table. Put us right in the middle of 3 families who had screaming children. Why??? A bit of common sense wouldn’t have gone amiss

A pleasant meal with friends and the food enjoyable although the sea bass we ordered wasn’t available . We had salmon instead which was good but would have preferred the sea bass

been a few times now and it does seem to be getting worse, they clearly need more staff as there seems to be have take out rate with delivery drivers this leaving customer waiting agers to get there food who are dining in.

Eating good service very slowly not enough staff in service so that employees who were away from the feet so they did not ask very friendly or helpful for some Gravy never get it. I felt really sorry for the staff as I once did their work so I know how hard it is when short staff.
