"As usual, Toby consistently meets my expectations at every location I have visited. They offer good value for well-cooked food in a clean, tidy, and cozy environment. However, I was disappointed when I tried to make a reservation by phone at my local Toby branch and was told to do it online. This could be inconvenient for customers without internet access. The Toby Cooper Dean branch is nicely decorated and well-maintained, but the toilets give off a less-than-desirable impression. It would be great if Toby could improve and upgrade their restroom facilities as they currently detract from the overall experience."

There was a shortage of Carvery Items. They had run out of Gammon, Turkey and were waiting for Beef. At this should not happen

Last summer, we dined at this restaurant. The food was tasty. We relaxed on the patio and savored our cold beverages accompanied by burgers.

The restaurant was lacking Carvery options as they had run out of Gammon and Turkey, and were still waiting for Beef at 7:30 PM. This should not have occurred at that time.

After spending the day at Presque Isle, I decided to stop by this restaurant for takeout. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent! The atmosphere seemed really nice as well.

"I received good value for a relatively nice lunch at Carnation. The turkey could have been served hotter, and the cauliflower was cold, likely because it was the last item on the plate. Perhaps it would be better to refresh the dishes more often. The ambiance is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and attentive, both in serving and during payment. The main server at the carvery was especially polite, professional, and welcoming."
