"We stayed for one night and we regretted it! The room was in the attic space. We chose it because it’s the only one with a shower and it allegedly had views of the castle. The room had low ceilings, small windows, an electric shower and a ridiculously small TV that you can’t see from the bed. At 5’11’ my head was scraping the ceiling. I bumped my head into the eaves many times and couldn’t sit up in bed because of the eaves space. When we entered the room it was so cold we couldn’t take our coats off! Radiators were ice cold. I pointed this out to the chef who was manning reception. He told us the boiler had broken and he would call a plumber. We stayed away for the afternoon waiting for the heating to be fixed. The shower was weak and I had to duck to get under it. Being in the attic, with little insulation we can hear the wind blowing all night and when the radiators finally started working all you can hear is a ticking noise because of air in the system. We asked to talk to the owner on three separate occasions and left my mobile number with three members of staff. We wanted to give him feedback in person, but he didn’t call. I guess he can read about the shortfalls in his hotel in this review instead. We paid £140 for one night, it’s not worth half the price! The room is small, old and dated and the owner just doesn’t care. Stay somewhere else."

a really nice hotel. luxurious cozy, warm rooms with very comfortable bed and roll-top bathroom. location is 100% and parking is easy. would definitely recommend.

The Town house in Arundel is an excellent place to stay, the staff are absolutely brilliant very friendly and have always got time to speak to you, the Bedrooms Breakfast are lovely their platters are worth a try. We will be back, well worth a stay Nice bar as well

well done to the team in the townhouse, I can't praise them enough. we stayed only one night, which was a shame. beautiful clean luxurious rooms, friendly happy staff, tasty breakfast especially the spices look at the castle .a great atmosphere in the bar . it would highly recommend it, it will be many thanks for a great stay tanya and sharon

We stayed in the attic room as a family group and it was brilliant. Two completely seperate bedrooms with a corridor in between. View of the castle, and very cosy, we loved hearing the wind blowing outside. Lots of teas/coffees and a really delicious rocky road! Breakfast was brilliant with lovely service from the ladies. what a jewel of a place, we had so much luck having upgraded our room. very clean, immaculate, a large room, tastefully decorated, 4 poster beds. there was a wonderful private bathroom with roll-top bathtub and shower. it was luxurious. I had a fantastic stay with my man. the breakfast was delicious! the personal was beautiful and welcoming led by a great manager called kerry. thanks for a wonderful stay.

beautifully inviting place to stay or have a drink. a night in the beautiful city arundel. the town house is located at the upper end of the road. we were happy enough to get a parking lot more or less outside; but there seems to be plenty of available places in the city, or Alternatiw there is an overnight parking at the bottom of the road. there are many restaurants and bars in a very short distance. in fact there is a very good Chinese restaurant/collection next door. I would recommend trying at least one of the cocktails in the town house, very satisfied!
