"We happened to try this restaurant on Friday night, and we were glad we got there early! The place got packed by 6:30 or so. The food was good, decent portions and price. We had the Bruschetta, Seafood Antipasti, Tortellini Soup, and Shrimp Scampi. For dessert we tried the Tartufo and the Tiramisu. The only thing I thought was a little off was being charged 50 cents to take the remainder of our very large Tiramisu home. We will be back, I hear the pizza is fantastic!"

This place serves good Italian food at a very fair price. The mozzerella balls wrappedin ham are particularly good as a starter, and the pizzas have good, thin bases and are large and filling.

We went to Trattotia Italy in Jena for a business lunch. When walking into the restaurant you get impressed by the open, central pizza oven. Sure we tried one of the house pizza's, and together with a recommended wine it tasted delicious. The restaurant was full for lunch, but still quite and cosy.
