This is the best dessert parlour in Scotland, I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and provides top-notch customer service.

great customer service, I ordered a waffel, crepe and a sun bench as with some friends. the personal is really friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. the service was fast, although they seemed busy. we also got a free water crug that went well with our deserts. will definitely come back!

Visited here on our lunch break the other day. My colleague and I decided Ice Cream as it was sunny, or maybe a milkshake. Only just opened recently, but the place was immaculate. My friends and I decided to try out this new restaurant, but we were disappointed. The cookie dough I ordered was raw, undercooked, and runny. The staff seemed moody and unhappy. When I asked for a recommendation, they suggested I also get the cookie dough because my friends were ordering it. I don't consider that a true recommendation, just laziness. However, the decor and layout of the restaurant were nice and eye-catching. I hope they can improve their food and service to meet better standards.

I had been waiting for almost an hour when my partner went up to the counter to ask where our waffles were and the answer was a simply give me minutes before clearly starting to prepare them despite the wait. In the meanwhile people getting in after us and ordering takeaway were getting served faster. After a couple of minutes that the guy started preparing the waffles he came to the table announcing that the flavours we chose were no longer available (they had clearly just run out due to busyness) so we decided to ask for a refund which was given in cash despite we paid with card (apparently the owner had left so they couldn't approve the refund transaction). After half an hour of waiting I went to theke to ask when it will be ready and they said minutes before they go to make them. After a few minutes we were told that they didn't have what we wanted. How would we not have said that if we ordered it first? When I decided to get only one refund as I was dropped, he said he had to get the manager. he couldn't find the manager when he looked around outside the last. he gave us a refund with cash, although we paid with card.
