"I love turtle bay; I can go in and as long as all the options are available, I can sit and actually think about what I have instead of a sad option that stares back on me! my fave is the bio-Jerrk tofu with dumpling, soou tasty! the vegan motherclucker is also good, but the teig is a bit sweet as the noodles, so remember it is very rich! I and my wife love the hot sauce they have on the table so much we went and ordered some online. great decision! only what is in the city center, and with their cocktail offers it can get quite noisy at peak times and they are not enthusiastic about them to choose where to sit. good if they are not disturbed, but if a bit more chill is their ding go just before the evening rush about 5"

Very enjoyable visit to Turtle Bay. Interesting menu with something for everyone (I’m not a big fun of spicy food so went for a toastie). Attentive and very smiley staff. We even got a free starter after downloading their app!

Had the bottomless brunch, our server Tim was very enthusiastic and helpful. Very nice cocktails and food. Was ideal for us as we went at a quiet time so managed to get a few cocktails in during our time. Would definitely go back for another one of these

Plenty to chose from for vegans, with even the cocktails marked up when vg. Atmosphere was friendly and I felt relaxed being there on my own. Only one word of warning, ask to be seated away from the open kitchen if you’re uncomfortable with the smell of cooking meat and fish. Visualizza piatti

I was here a previous time and had divided plate that was great. there are many vegan options. but I don't know if it was the cook there to this one, but everything was completely in hot soße doused! the sweetcorn frit were ruined (before on the plate and were great.) the vegan motherclucker burger was ok I had better vegan huhn, spiced fried were great, also ordered extra side of the coleslaw who think hot, it had chopped chilis in it

"Visited on a busy Saturday evening. General impression is the restaurant is clean, well presented and evidently well liked for how many people were in the small dining area. A little noisy, particularly in the confined space beside the kitchen, when seated close beside a louder table. As the evening progressed, we felt quite cold not sure if the heating was on? Service from the staff was outstanding, very friendly, polite, attentive, but food was slow to arrive. We were a little perplexed by having the appetiser on the table before our starter/main order had been taken, so having to work around still having the menus. The smoked butter was very strong my partner liked it, it was too much for me. Both fish starters were good, with the mackerel our favourite. The main courses were OK. The lamb was fine, but served with lamb fat root veg meant the whole plate was very similar flavoured, and the green beans/salsa verde felt like an afterthought. The skate wing was nice, and the crispy capers were a new and pleasant experience. The desserts rescued the food for me the creme brulée was outstanding, and the chocolate special was very good, with exception of a slightly chewy meringue. I feel I'm being picky with my criticisms, but fig tree is definitely priced higher than other more standard fare restaurants in Plymouth where we have also had very good food."
