"We were seated and given our drinks and then ignored for the next 15 mins whilst other diners (who were Spanish and who had arrived after us) had their food orders taken. We tried repeatedly to get their attention but were met with every effort to ignore us. We only got their attention when we appeared to leave, at which point they finally approached us to pay for the drinks after we had left the premises. Then they tried to prevent us taking the bottled drinks we had just bought. Generally rude and unwelcoming to tourists- don’t bother if you are visiting Castellon – they don’t want your business…………"

We had mainly the lunch formula which is a first, main and desert. Entrance was good, tempura vegetables or chicken fingers (kids liked it). Main was noodles which we enjoyed more than the one on the regular menu. The desert was quite good but we had to wait a bit long for it. Overall good if you are in that location.

Food is feasible for the chain. No issues here. The service is just lazy and catastrophic Unable to come to take orders for 15 min. Unable to leave bottles of water open in the table. Like it was a grocery delivery. I come to a restaurant with service (3 waitress) and 6 tables only occupied and I expect and demand a service. Or I will just order to home.
