Union Of Genius - Menu

Amazing Soup place in Edinburgh! Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. We tried their swede soup with cardamom and it was like nothing I have eaten before with lots of complex tastes! The prices are quite reasonable as well.

The soup was good. It had the right amount of seasoning and the olive bread that was recommended was a good accompaniment in the Italian theme of my lunch, but didn’t blow my socks off. Peter’s Yard still gets my bread-bakers-deliciousness award.

what a great sound! an unmistakable green frontage leads it into a lot of taste sensations served in dishes. let's get it edinburgh rarely hot enough to turn their nase on suppe, but it does to put them on a series of gazpacho. seven peeps form the union and they have a truck parked by university and the business. Look at her. the food and the staff are beautiful.

what a great sound. on a hiking tour and immerse yourself here. it is small and more a take away. there are a few sitting bars and table and we found a seat. we had a chili and fresh bread and drinks. everything fresh, hit and served by friendly people. the load also returns to those who need it, a great idea. eating was hot and delicious, fresh bread, friendly staff, loved it. well done enjoy

ultimate comfort food. on a cold wet autumn day, what is better than a hot spicy suppe and crusty brot? Once they open the door, they are hit by the aroma and their tastes will continue to be tortured as they scan the menu board. it is a cozy little place and if they have luck finding a place and eating, they really don't want to go. to say, of course, my harira, tomaten and red pfeffer soup was raised and I am serious addicted! ps: if they have a favorite soup, they can request it. I look forward to their version of mulligatawny!

we decided to eat here because after a visit to the national museum it was really practical and we loved the sound of the menu. we chose the vegan chili and the golden chili huh and both were super! total comfort eating on a cool day. the suppen sound also amazing and everything was excellent worth and beautifully presented. it was nice to see the caffe also for taking. the employees were extremely cheerful and efficient and seemed to really take care of the food and the customers. we would certainly come back and forth when we lived closer!

there is no doubt about it. if they want suppe in this city, there is only one place to go: union of genius. but do not take my word for it – they have a whole series of awards and awards, which are much more worthy of men than I judge, that goes to show how suppe is their suppe. first I discovered union of genius in a seemingly unconnected caffe a few miles away in leith. I worked in an office near and every lunchtime without mistake I would immerse myself in order to repair my daily suppe. the aromas were diverse, exotic and unusual, from speck and butternut to caldo verde, but no matter what I chose, I have always fed every mouthful taste.
