Vapiano - Piatti

The food is very tasty. I order spageti pomodoro. Staff was very very kind to as, specialy Samuel. I defenetly recomend visit.

the personal that is dressed behind the counter and eating is really in the middle of the street. the salad type is really unhygienic and atmospheric.

The usual vapiano quality. Sweets and coffee very good, food for this price quite ok. Service is polite. Very big, so if not extremely crowded you find a decent place. Visualizza piatti

I was visiting Vapiano in the city center (Theatinerstraße 15). There were a lot of people as it was Friday evening, even so, we were found the free space quick enough. In five minutes we already drunk our drinks, and in 15 minutes we were...eating delicious Italian food. Nice place to go. Definitely will repeat.

Fresh pasta (esp filet) excellent. But they double charged my son. Had to wait until manager came to the check out register to get refund. However, they did give me the refund which gives them a thumbs up for not making me argue with them....We ate there twice since fresh pasta was so good but we were careful to check the charges before the cash register charged my credit card.

If you want a salad, bruschetta and pasta one has to wait and order in three lines, waiting 20 min each and watching how the food you already have gets cold. At the same time you partner tries to keep a table free and can...go through the same order process afterwards. The tables are not clean and the prices are the same as in a decent Italian restaurant. To keep it short — staff not friendly, tables were not cleaned and plates not taken away; we arrived to our table dirty and with two other groups' plates and left in the exact same state, chefs clothing was very dirty (Marian was his name),...place seems like it could do with a good clean and obvious lack of management. Food was very oily. Had good experiences in previous German cities but this has put us off coming back. Not worth the money.

it was my first time in vapiano and the employees were very helpful and explained to me how to order food, they also gave me an English menu. when I ordered my gluten-free pasta, the cook took it seriously and checked with me to be sure that I needed gf. then he knew theke, washed his hands, put some plastic gloves, picked a clean pan and took a pre-measured gluten-free pasta from a separate drawer. I liked the fact that I could watch the cook all the time when he prepared my food. the pasta was delicious, but the portions are a little small.

this location could is amazing if anyone actually had a mist over everything. Nobody likes her job.
