10/10 service and food, 0/10 rude owner The staff and manager were brilliant, the food is sensational. Unfortunately, the owner needs to brush up on his non-existent customer service skills being greeted with rudeness and told we are late with a 3 minute delay. It would’ve been 5 star if it wasn’t for him, he’s better off out of the restaurant and leaving it to his professional great team. This has to be the best Italian restaurant locally to us (Sutton Coldfield), for food, drinks and service. We have been many times now and it is always too quality. I can highly recommend this for a fantastic dining night out Vegetarian options: They are happy to prepare a Vegetarian pasta dish for you, if you can not see something you want in the menu. Parking: There is pay and display at the very near Harvester Restaurant. Street parking is available. Kid-friendliness: They always welcome families.
