"After scouring through many reviews searching for the perfect restaurant for NYE dinner for our family, we thought this would be perfect. And how can you go wrong with Italian? We made the reservation well in advance and were greeted with our reserved table. We...then sat for about 10 minutes waiting for menus in a restaurant that did not seem to be busy. We were surprised at the steep prices on the menus, but it was NYE, so to be expected. The aperitif was amazing; the rest, not so much. For appetizers, we had the fish soup and pumpkin soup (which we’ve had quite a bit of living in DE for the past 18 months)...just bland. The bread was also bland and we were not offered any oil/vinegar or butter. Even my daughters didn’t like the bread and they always eat Italian bread. Pizza was ok. Lamb chops lacked any seasoning. Sea bass was ok. Risotto was quite simply rice (al dente), with the tiniest shrimp I’d ever seen (probably from a can) and super bland. Have eaten and made enough risotto to know the difference...just terrible. Never were we offered dessert, coffee or after dinner drinks. I would not recommend this place. Go to L’Osteria instead. At least there you know what you’re getting and get your money’s worth. Very disappointing NYE dinner overall."

This was across the street from our hotel and we were looking for a great last night dinner in Munich. It didn’t disappoint. Great food.

Large Italian opposite the King's Hotel Centre near to the main railway station. Large menu and the food when it arrived was very good. Staff were also friendly and spoke enough English for communication. Good atmosphere.

This restaurant is across the street from our accommodation and we decided to try it. We had a salad and two pizzas to share. The waiter seemed unimpressed that we ordered little and wanted to share it! The pizzas were good, thin crust and well...cooked we had the rustica and salccicia) Pity about the moody service.

Busy with local people which we took to be a good sign. Nice interior but tables crammed together. We ordered pizzas. My colleague left most of his, saying it was inedible. I ate mine because I was starving but it was average quality and so...tough I gave up using the knife and fork and used my hands. No waiter ever came over to ask how the food was or if we wanted another drink. When we asked for the bill the waiter was quite aggressive in asking my colleague if his pizza was good when it clearly wasn't. The bill was then thrown down on the table in front of me. No tip was left for the prima donna and we won't return.
