Friendly and efficient service from our server Maenanda at Wagamama’s West Quay. She made the meal a very enjoyable experience with great food too.

Had Beth serve us today she was amazing and Katie the manager so helpful, lovely group of staff and so welcoming. Got a sick rap from harry as well. Thanks guys! Xx

Lovely casual dining with fresh food. Only criticism is I ordered the chicken gyoza ramen and received pork ones which were very apple tasting instead. Service was nice and seamless and food was quick to come to the table!

We really enjoyed our lunch at this restaurant. I came here with my mother and daughter, and we all thought the food was excellent. The staff were lovely, efficient, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Another brilliant experience at Wagamamas..I was catching up with a friend that I hadn't seen in 6 months..Noah was our server he had the patience of a Saint.Everytime he would come over to try and take our order we hadn't even looked at the menu as we were talking to much...He is a credit to Wagamamas he was brilliant you couldn't fault him so excellent customer service...and the food was excellent as well.

My experience at this Wagamama location in Southampton was disappointing. We ordered a Katsu, a Yaki soba, and gyozo, but the food came out at staggered intervals, with the Katsu arriving first, followed by the gyozo, and finally the soba. We had to wait quite a while for each dish, prompting us to complain multiple times. The kitchen seemed to be in chaos, as several other groups were also voicing similar complaints. Despite their attempts to make amends by refunding one of our mains, the poor management of food delivery was a major disappointment. It's unfortunate because we are usually big fans of Wagamama.

I have to say that it was my worst experience at this restaurant. I usually love Wagamama, but today's visit has definitely put me off. We were seated and asked for green tea, but then had to wait to order as no one came to take our order. Our drinks were placed on the side and other orders that were placed after ours were being delivered to tables before ours. I understand that food comes out at different times, but my daughter's ramen came out warm instead of hot, and my katsu salad came out 15 minutes later. The lettuce in the salad was old. No one checked on us to see if everything was okay, and when I asked to pay the bill, it seemed like a hassle for them to bring over the card machine... Visualizza piatti
