Good beer, ok service, ok food. I know this type of beer/restaurant is out of place for Berlin, but this place is mostly a tourist trap, in my opinion. Good for a few drinks but I wouldn’t expect much.

I went with friends there for lunch, each ordered different beer and we really liked it. The service was really nice and kind they served the beers and food fast. If you in berlin and love Weihenstephan I highly recommend you visit and have...some good meal and beer there.

Had a wonderful lunch here--the plate of different German sausages with accompanying potato salad was just what I was looking for--tasty, spicy, juicy and sumptious! We visited just to sit in the vaulted cellar but upon arrival, were told we couldn’t as it was shut. I enquired as to when it would be open we visited on a Saturday afternoon and was told only when the upstairs is full. It...is not an overflow room, in fact it as used on the website and pictured outside to encourage people in. This strikes me as false advertising! We had to wait a long time to order our beers, which added to the disappointment. As it was, we sat in a bland, plain room drinking rather expensive beers

We were in this area, and decided to eat in this restaurant, it was quite busy, a nice day so we sat outside. Pretty check tablecloths, and the staff were dressed in local dress. My Husband had snitzel with a potato salad accompaniment. I had...a chicken salad. My Husband enjoyed his meal, I didn't, It was a huge salad, more like a whole lettuce just plonked on the plate, and I didn't feel the chicken was cooked enough for my liking. So I didn't enjoy my meal, we had two beers and the meal was approx euros, which was quite expensive.

We sat down for some beer and wine. One if us ordered a glass of the house white wine. It tasted so bad that it was impossible to drink. We asked the waitress you exchange it for something else and the reply we got was.. it is supposed to taste like this This indicated to us that this was not the first time she heard this complaint. We were not allowed to even exchange it for a non-alcoholic beverage without paying for the undrinkable wine. In addition, when a german couple came and sat next to us, the waitress recommended the woman not to order the house white, as it tastes very bad Also, the staff did not wear masks to cover mouth and nose, which is mandatory in Germany now due to Visualizza piatti
