Wonderful experience. the waiters were incredible and the service was fantastic. everyone should try Rutz at least once in their lifetime.

we were in December in rutz. super kitchen, friendly service, great wein. reservation recommended as often booked. is currently being renovated and we need to wait until the next visit. we look forward to it!

We knew Rutz-Weinbar was likely to be very good. Michelin does not award stars without merit. But when we were greeted and seated by a great wait staff, filled with personality and life, we asked the significance of the names on the cover: it is all of the staff, from the kitchen to the wait staff to the dishwashers. It became evident quickly why they celebrate the entire staff. They are all dedicated to a FANTASTIC DINING EXPERIENCE. And they delivered extraordinary. We were dining as a party of 5 ... all with very diverse tastes in food and beverage. But every individual enjoyed every local course, from German Neukölln sausage to Mangalitza pork ribs to Prigntitzer spring chicken, and ever...

This is not a restaurant. It is really a unique experience. We had the Inspiration Menu Nature Aroma by Marco Muller, which contained seven courses plus some amuses bouches. The encounters were special: anyone who wishes to know how a few drops of mulberry oil could transform the aroma, look and taste of a dish must come here (we felt nothing . we requested a table for 4 weeks before the arrival in berlin and were delighted that a table was available from the waiter list. we have loved each other as a family of 4 with my husband and two daughters (both 12.) we have loved this evening. it was one of the best we had in a long time, and we have eaten at numerous 3* melin restaurants all over the world. they are thoughtful about the taste of each plate and how it all comes together without care. we loved especially the carp that mangalitsa swarm, the alcohol-free juice pairings and the local German weine.
