"I am more than disappointed by Wieners in the Arabella Park. The service is really underground. I've never been so unfriendly. When I went to the vaults to ask the staff a question (they were five excited there) they totally ignored me and spoke further, although I was right in front of them. You didn't even have the power to look at me. On the order, a simple drink, I had to wait a long time, then it was simply pushed to the table, again without eye contact or word change. Even if I asked about the bill, I had to wait a long time, which I can still tolerate, but really all the service personnel have gone by several times after I had asked that the bill was pretty busy talking to each other and making any jokes. Only after I strongly asked for the bill, I got it from an unfriendly service. The store wasn't so crowded that you could excuse this with Overrequest. The staff should take care of the guests and above all: treat them with respect! I have never done an evaluation of a gastro plant, but the visit made me so angry that I really want to share my experience. I'm sure I'll never go there again, and I'll get rid of it urgently."
