"Wir waren an einem Samstagabend im Taberna auf Empfehlung von Freunden. Wir sassen draussen auf der kleinen Terrasse, sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre.Die Bedienung war äusserst freundlich und professionell. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und lässt trotzdem keine Wünsche offen.Von Vorspeise bis Dessert war alles wirklich super, ganz besonders die Trüffel Spaghetti haben uns überzeugt! Absolute Empfehlung!"

"We were there for lunch. At the best late summer weather we took place in the beautiful beer garden. After the friendly welcome, the cards were quickly distributed and a recommendation for the daily menu was also pronounced. We then decided that with €21, it was more favorable, as we had to find after the meal. 1. Gang a pumpkin cream soup somewhat sneaky but tastefully in order 2. Gang bad onion roast with vegetables of the season the meat was wonderfully cooked and of the best quality. The vegetables were cooked to the point slightly bite-resistant. the 2nd Gang an absolute highlight 3. Gang an ice cream with homemade zimpflaumen compote with fresh plums a heavenly pleasure. The wines offered come from the Britzingens wine cooperative and from a self-marketer very good Nieveau and reasonably priced. We will return next year to the conclusion of the most refined hospitality."

"top address for the friendliness and the super eating. the friendliness begins with the chefin, who even knew our names after the second visit in the ratskeller. not quite naturally considering how many guests visit this well-run restaurant. at the service you can only say hat off, even at great stress, is the friendliness top. the kitchen excellent, the rumpsteak where I got, delicate as butter excellently seasoned and the tomatensalat with mozzarella and the paste of my wife, as in Italy.Also the ambiente of the ratskeller speaks for herself BRAVO.As already written, this top quality starts at the chefin and the service goes on over the kitchen and listens at the differentiating and the staff again. I am looking forward to the next visit in the ratskeller."

"Having had a wonderful meal at this restaurant one evening I decided to go back again the next night. On both occasions I asked them to recommend meals and some local wine and on both occasions they did not disappoint. The meal was perfectly cooked and the wine was first class (but all modestly priced). Try some of the Sauvignon Blanc which is grown here in the region. I know it's very much a popular wine but this was especially fresh and light. It is clear to see why this restaurant is so popular and I would highly recommend arriving early if you want to sit outside on a warm evening as tables are very much in demand. I'd like to make a special mention to the lady that served me (wish I had asked her name but she welcomed me back with a handshake which I thought was very polite). Good service is as much an essential ingredient of a restaurant as is the food and the ambience. I'd highly recommend you visit here if coming to Badenweiler - indeed it's worthy of a special journey."

"Super service we held a birthday party and the service was very great the food was excellent I had nothing to complain. all guests were satisfied. the hosts have not pushed us and even sacrificed their lunch break to serve coffee, I can only recommend this gastronomy"
