Nipped in for a quick breakfast roll when passing by Server Mhairi super cheerful and chatty and constantly running about. Nice wee place.

Found this great place by pure chance , so pleased we did . Had lunch there chose the small plates which was sufficient. Lovely spacious clean restaurant. Staff very attentive with good service . Reasonably priced . Enjoyed it that much we returned the following day again for lunch. Well worth a visit .

A group of friends and I attended the Ayr Gold Cup festival for 4 days and had our evening meal at Willie Wastle,s, also a few drinks during the day. Visited 25th Sept for Breakfast. Whilst cooked very nicely and coffee was good. Unfortunately they didn’t serve the breakfast with mushrooms as on the menu. Mentioned to person when paying and got the obligatory sorry remark but no offer of recompense. Would have mentioned to server whilst eating but no one came to check that all was ok.

This was our second visit in a two week period .After the first visit for drinks ,really enjoyed it and applied for a loyalty card .decided to go in on Sunday for drinks and dinner ,staff were brilliant ,prices even better ,food great .Nice comfy chairs and great place for watching sports .what was a nice change was that there was only one dog in the place .

We have had dinner in Willie Wastles a few times and we have never been disappointed.The service is very good and the staff are very pleasant but the best of all is the food.Try the Haggis Neeps and Tatties starter is great.I havnt mentioned the prices yet =very reasonable and if you have a loyalty card you get a reduced bill.what more could you ask for-Good food nice Staff at a good price. I used to come here regularly before lockdown and have only relatively recently started coming back for drinks. Wifey and me came in this week and after a few drinks we decided to stay for food. My burger was delicious and tasty and wifeys fajitas looked and smelled great and i'll definitely be having that next time. (She confirmed they were excellent). Prices are great and it's a good place to watch the world go by outside or catch various sports on the many screens. Well done.

So, we ordered the mississippi chicken which was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, seasoning was just right, couldn't fault it. We also ordered a steak pie with mash potato and a side of baby potatoes. The steak in the pie was cooked fine however, the pastry was undercooked and the baby potatoes had been reheated in the microwave. Once we had asked for the bill we mentioned about the baby potatoes being reheats, the manageress then came out and stated yes they were in fact reheats and made no apology whatsoever for giving us reheated microwaved baby potatoes . The manageress was in fact quite rude and obnoxious and stated that everywhere she knew of sold reheated potatoes. Staff...

Arrived around 2.45 shown to table ordered food and drinks drinks arrived cutlery arrived food was a no show after an hour we asked what was happening .To be told a large booking had arrived half hour late and it had thrown everything back. By 30 mins . Well no sorry if a booking is late thats their problem not customer that are left waiting with no communication . Daughter was going to work so we couldn't wait any longer 2 Yr old was really upset about not getting her treat with family only to be told you wouldn't charge for 3 juices a fruit shoot and a pint of lager.the only one that had drank was the 2 Yr old the rest of drinks were left as we ordered to go along with the missing food .
