"Willows is tiny; a little front room with a handful of tables and chairs, and an even smaller back room where the orders are taken and created and where there are a few knick-knacks and sweets to purchase. Four of us stopped in on our way through Abingdon late morning to order take-away milkshakes ad coffee. Prices seem to be the same whether you have take-in or take-out.There was o where to stand to wait for our drinks but fortunately there was an empty table so we sat down eventually. And waited.And waited and waited. It took over 20 minutes for our milkshakes and coffee to arrive! There seemed to be a backlog of orders all of which took a long time to fulfil for some reason. And then when it got to creating our milkshakes they discovered they were out of maltesers so we had to quickly choose an alternative flavour. The drinks came soon after that, but our total wait was too long for a quick take-out milkshake. I don't know if this is normal?Hoever, I have to say the milkshakes were great and much enjoyed. The coffee was good too although there was no milk in it which had been requested, but by the time I discovered this it was too late to go back as we were well on our way. I should have checked before we left.If you are not in a hurry, and like whimsical surroundings and great milkshakes, this is a great little place."

I am in love with her shakes and they offer vegan options for ice. Their tasty are absolutely amazing and they gave free samples. I'm going twice the week!

Only a small place, but great shakes and smoothies, friendly staff and friendly patrons. We are regulars, (when there is room), coming here since it opened.

amazing little space. brings something new to abingdon. love how the drinks are served in glasses so unique. It's a pity that the load is so small. everyone who lives here should visit.

what a fantastic shop .. nice helpful staff and dog friendly .I had a coconut shake and my wife had a star bar .. we also had shortbread and tiffins brilliant .. next visit I have a double decker shaker

the cherry and decor is like that of a stereotypical old diner and I love that. the milkshakes were made with a lot of taste from which you can choose. the prices were affordable and the staff was friendly and polite.

Service with a smile. My daughter, her friend and I popped in to have a milkshake and it was amazing! Great selection to choose from. So delicious that it didn't last long at all. The decor is chabby chic. Very lovely and relaxed atmosphere. My daughter also had a tub of ice-cream which was soooo much better then other shake shops I've been to. Not so much air whipped into the ice-cream. Very creamy and thick.If you want to you can buy a gift or even treat yourself as they sell crafts from talented artists. Thank you to Mike, Pete and staff for making us feel welcome.

To be brutally honest I can't rate this place highly enough. Once again I find myself wanting just another star. While small and cosy they still manage to have an impressive range. All the flavours I've tried have been delicious. The milk they use manages to be creamily refreshing while not too thick ideal for these hot days the weather forecast promises are coming. AND they now have an alcohol licence, so look out for upcoming interesting new flavours. The biscuit range is delicious: Oreo, Digestive, Ginger..., as well as more traditional flavours. Willows here are your six stars
