"Haven't been here in years, so thought we drop in for a spot of lunch. Been revamped since we last visited (shows how long its been! It was 12pm an arrived just as the restaurant opened for lunch .. we went for mushroom soup...for starters which was tasteless and warm. Moved over to mains, nice variety of noodles and curries. Went back to the table to discover the food was luke warm. I literally had 2 mouthfuls and decided I was not going to stop any longer!! I reported it to the manager and his assistant. The lady tried to convince me that the food was hot' (ermm .. no its not) and repeatedly asked me what I had. She tried to find a thermometer but it wasnt found! I showed her my plate of food and then she told me that I needed to rotate the food and get the food from the bottom of the serving dish (really! The manager also doubted what I was saying and kept saying the food is freshly prepared I was not doubting this it is warm and my concern was eating poultry and rice at these temperatures were just calling out food poisoning!! My plate was very quickly taken onto the kitchen .. hmm I was offered to have a hot' meal cooked we had decided we were not going to hang around. We paid for our drinks and we were out of there. Please, for the welfare of your health avoid this place so many better places to go to and have a safe and enjoyable meal!"

Had a meal here before going to the Hippodrome to see Grease. Very enjoyable. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go again.

Couldn't fault the quantity of the food, there was loads! But the duck was very very fatty and chicken tasted like it wasnt fresh, it was dry. Food was also very salty

today afternoon to wing wah sat for her Dimm-Summe afternoon tea. absolutely amazing selection, beautiful presentation, very filling and excellent service. highly recommended!

I was there recently with friends. we didn't know it was a buffet we were eating. eating was really good and very good. there was a lot of food and there was a great variety. the personal was also. very helpful. will go back definately.

we went here mainly for dim sum, but also ordered some dishes from the main menu. the dimm sum is good and tasty, with good portion sizes. I'm often here and every time I had a great experience. the service is great. I wish it would be back soon!

Had one of the meals for 6. The starters never ended, all superb. Quality beer, quality service. Manager asked if the starters were enough for a cheaper bill and they were. The Mains he said are more extensive. Best Chinese ever by some distance.

very nice waiter helpful they saw to their table removed plates as soon as they were finished we went to the day of the mother last year it was a catastrophe, but today the lunchtime was quite, but I was cold, but the others said they were in order.

We are very loyal when it comes to having a favourite restaurant when we visit Birmingham. But as of today Our loyalty will change. A pleasant greeting followed by helpful service. Then some wonderful dishes including a Cantonese roast pork and subtle Shanghai special fried...rice. Enough to ensure that we will be back soon. Thank you to our pleasant wait staff.

Went to wing wah for my work xmas meal. I'm dieting at the mo so it was my 1st chinese meal in 2 months and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately it was awful well the food they bothered to serve me...was awful. They took half hour to bring all the dishes, apart from my main meal which they forgot. The took ages to check the original order and realised it was their fault and they'd forgot to bring it. By this time it was too late to cook it as we didn't have long left in the room we'd booked. So I ended up with everyone elses leftovers which were FREEZING cold thanks to the over zealous air conditioning. What a disappointment, Guess what time this was? 5pm the first sitting!! If...
