Wasn’t their best, wasn’t very warm and the chilli beef was soggy and barely had any crunch in it! All the flavours were great as usual though so maybe just an off day!

DO NOT USE Yan Woo Portsmouth robbing people and not giving them their food even though they have taken the money out the account. Told me it’s my banks problem there online system is down.

Absolutely disgusting we are in here now the staters we’re Luke warm with blood coming out the chicken wings so sent them back and they bought us back exactly the same ones just chucked in a deep fried so they were like crisp , just got the main meal and the only thing that’s hot is the chicken balls everything else is cold the lame rendange is black like it’s been cooked 20 times this place has gone so down hill it’s like they don’t care , so never again for me the pic down below is all the cold main that we left

Last night I have ordered take away . I did specify in my order “ No chicken please” I did phone yanwoo twice asking if someone can collect the dish because I want have is because contains the chicken . Women on the phone start shouting at me saying that there is only one driver and I should understand and Manager will call me and he will give me the refund , of course I understand but I won’t allow anybody shouting at me . After and hour driver came collect the dish and nobody called me and I’m still waiting for my refund ! Visualizza piatti
