"A visit to YEnat should take place in Mannheim. Here a really big employee expects to be patient and friendly and take time to explain the map. The food is exceptional and high quality. You get the chance to experience a new culture here. The various dishes were varied and everyone was very tasty. The pancakes with slightly acidic and fluffy dough were good for all dishes. The drinks are also top. The coffee is different than I used to, but still very tasty. Beer with fruit flavour and homemade lemonade have added the food well. I really recommend a visit to everyone. From the outside the restaurant looks rather inconspicuous, but at the end it stimulates reflection and remains in memory for a long time. Thanks to the great team for the beautiful time and experience"

Small and nice restaurant with familiar atmosphere. There are several vegan options for the main dish but also for starter and dessert. There are seven different main dishes. You can also order a combination up to three different dishes with injera or couscous. Really good food.

I was here with a friend under the week. it was a little empty, but it was gradually filled. the food was great and approx. the half on the map is pure vegan. we had both the vegan kombi, where 3 (for 1 person) or 6 (for 2 persons) can choose dishes, which is highly recommended!

we have visited yenat regularly since they opened. we were sold 100% of day one. amazing eating and charming personal. they have changed the menu in recent times, but I would say it is at least as good as before. so happy that they made it through the lock-off, we were a little afraid at some point.

A wonderful Ethiopian food after a long time. The starter, Ful, was very delicious! The vegan plate was good and also filled. The banana beer smelled and tasted bananas, it was delicious. The honey wine smells like honey, and the taste was different from normal wine. The staff was friendly and helpful as soon as a place was available outside, they arranged it for us. It was a big end to my trip to Mannheim!

To me this is a real gem in the center of Mannheim. Food is served on big plates to share with your companies. Great choice of vegan options with suggested combinations but you can mix and match as you like. There are practically no dairy products used, if it's not meat, it's vegan. Spicyness is labelled and the friendly staff will give you an introduction to ethiopian cuisine. I love the injeera bread which you use to pick up the different components with your hands (They'll surely give you cutlery if you like, but it's much more fun without

I think basically all vegetarian options are vegan by default here. I like that you can mix match your meal as you like, combining 3 different elements. And for once the vegetarian/ vegan options are cheaper than the ones with meat! I can only recommend getting your meal with injeera bread rather than couscous the bread is just amazing! And unlike other places, they also have vegan dessert, if you still have space in your stomach after a really good main! Once I was there with a large group of people: they were struggling to deal with that many people, but were still very nice and did their best, trying to accommodate everyone. But it's easier if you go there with less people.

Kaoru

Kaoru

Goethestr. 4, 68161 Mannheim, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany

Sushi • Fisch • Asiatisch • Japanisch

"After a very long time we had to go to Sushi again. We still knew Kaoru, but in the old premises in Q, hidden behind a passage. For a few years the restaurant has been sitting on Goethestraße and has increased. Saturday afternoon, still reserved online. The form asks where to sit. Selected Sushibar. At last, we are here. Be welcomed and I mention the reservation. She points to the bar, but at the same time says that we can sit where we want. There was enough space everywhere. Probably she was watching our asking looks when we saw the sushibar. After all, we still had the bar with waterway in front of us....This was always the attraction of the Kaoru that the ships were on one way over and could be operated. There was also a bit of overash effect. We had experienced it before. All right, so we sat at the bar. With the back to the street and in front of us the chefs prepared eager sushi. The ingredients are behind curved glass. The cooks served, depending on what they needed. Something interesting. We got the menus. Sushi in several variants are available. Dessert. Beer. We took all warm Sake and Asahi beer. I tried the Rainbow Roll, 8 reels with tuna, salmon, cancer, white fish. The Maki Set and the Beginner Set were ordered. Price between 10 and 18.50 Euro. When ordering, I asked if there is no more waterway. Unfortunately no, she said, and regretted it very much. After the reasons, we didn't ask them. The drinks came to the place. The Sake was very warm. The sushi came very soon after, at the same time for everyone. It looked appetizing and actually like the picture on the map. It tasted good too, all right. The payment was then somewhat lengthy, because none of the services were to be seen or it appeared only briefly between the tables. It's been a little. A family came in when we left. The first question of the great son to serve: have you changed? He also missed the waterway...."

Pizzeria Caravella

Pizzeria Caravella

Lange Rötterstraße 106, 68167 Mannheim, Germany

Pizza • Eiscreme • Italienisch • Meeresfrüchte

"As I have read a review of AndiHa, the Pizza God and Tsatsiki expert! Here at GG it fell out of my eyes like sheds. The Pizzeria Caravella 4 weeks ago, our last visit on site, super delicious pizza from the stone oven!! On the warm Friday afternoon we drove over Käfertal towards Neckarstadt Ost/Lange Rötterstraße and drove towards City, on the way back to the outdoor table in the sun was so good that we decided spontaneously back. Running is thirsty, so I first ordered a yeast, Franciscan, supposedly fresh out of the bottle. However, the Franciscan yeast in the glass looked little drinkable, it reminded more of a clear fruit juice with some turbidity and without foam. It went back, the operation took it with a smile, brought me the two. Bottle right at the table. After a short crash course, how do I give up a Franciscan yeast? for all operators who do not look at bottles, the two looked at the back. Try great, you recognized the important yeast particles in the flushing flight. For my wife it should be a Cola Light, the prices are in the usual way. In addition to beer from the bottle of Pils and yeast there are also some wines, Italian and good Palatinate wines. During our insulting visit I had the sensational lasagna, which is served here like an open calzone a good Italian Chianti. My wife usually decides for pizza or for a salad. On this day it should be the Italian salad that was attractively dressed, including ham cheese rolls, with olive oil and balsamico, along with various green leaf salads, were also olives, peperoni, tomatoes and cucumbers in salad. He was really good. Pizzas in Pizzeria Caravella are also very good. The floors are super thin normal I like them somewhat thicker, are baked in sizes 26 29 33 40 cm diameter. With me it should be the pizza Milano, 33cm for 9 Euro, I additionally wanted small cut chili, it was not charged an additional fee. On the pizza was Peperoni salami, fresh mushrooms, ham boiled, salami plus extra chili. The pizza was tastefully fantastic, the tomato sauce was not too dominant, it was a light oregano taste to taste. When we're done, we have a little chat with the boss, she tells us with a bright face that you can also get all pizzas with whole grain, the cheese is usually lactose-free, for vegans there are additional vegan cheeses that I call service. I now also see in the future how one really disappeared a yeast and brought us the bill. Conclusion: Everything is here. Food, product quality, location, service, price performance, waiting time etc. Top recommendation!!"
