"Felt a bit clinical. Waitress cared more about her fake eyelashes than answering our questions. Food I got was blend (sushi platter).. the rice didn't even stick to the fish for my rolls.. my teenage daughter got a Korean bowl and it was the spiciest thing I ever tried so she couldn't eat it (would have been nice to know the spice level of the dish, especially for a kid).. we got stuff from the conveyor belt.. not great.. the one thing we really liked was the chocolate Moshi. This restaurant is located in a large mall. Bathrooms are not anywhere near (I had to walk to another floor through the mall to find a ladies room).. a good 4-5 min walk away from the restaurant. Order is all through your phone. The blonde lady who seemed to be in charge was friendly and welcoming. Too bad she disappeared after we sat down. Either way, we won't go back. Not a nice family outing due to the service or the food. Disappointing."

I enjoyed my experience at this place, it was my first time using the conveyer belt system. I would have given 5 stars but most of the food I ordered arrived through a person and not through the conveyer belt system. I would prefer the conveyer belt system as that is the whole quirk of the restaurant.

Very disappointed on our visit. Struggled with ordering process. Sushi was poor quality, warm sticky rice lack of taste. Only ordered 2 plates instead of 6 to eight . When it's on the conveyer belt you definitely buy more. Wine choice do you want white or red that's it. The white was appalling. The whole experience was a disaster. You don't deserve to be in Selfridges.

I have been coming here since it opened and it was always decent and could find something to eat and enjoy. My last visit was a disaster cold rolls and unpleasant atmosphere, unclean and under staffed had to send food back and ask for a refund as it's all pay in advance. Basically the food is prepared in advance and put in the fridge to be served maybe hours or a day later, the rice was overcooked. Never again till maybe they improve. Visualizza piatti

Incredible selection of Asian delights, premium price but dined in a central London location. The app ordering, conveyer belt delivery system and watching the chefs prepare the fresh food make a novel meal experience. Look forward to trying other locations. On the occasion I dined unfortunately the conveyor belt wasn’t used to it’s potential (the chefs handed the food directly to me) which reduced my expectation of the full experience.

Food is average, the things that disappointed me the most is the lack of attentive customer service which I find quite common in UK, as you can see in the pic, I asked for some bowls to eat shared dishes and to my surprise, they brought out massive dirty bowls that still had the stain of left over food . They don’t understand that at Japanese restaurant they don’t use massive bowls like that, and also the cooks are mostly Indian whom I don’t think have much understanding about Japanese food . We ordered 6 dishes and they brought out 5 dishes and when I asked for the missing one; they brought out the wrong dish. Quite disappointing Japanese dining experience in UK. Wouldn’t recommend anyone f...

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, with its delicious food and excellent service. I was excited to return with my daughter after a long walk from Piccadilly Circus just for their food. However, I was extremely disappointed this time. There were hardly any options on the menu and I couldn't even order miso soup. When I asked about more food options, I was told to just choose from the menu, which didn't make a difference. I picked a dish from the menu and was asked to pay for it immediately, with the price difference added on for a service charge. It was a pushy and embarrassing experience, so we left right away. It seems like this place won't be open much longer, and honestly, I won't be... Visualizza piatti

My experience at the restaurant was not very welcoming, especially with the lady at the entrance who seemed disinterested. The portion sizes were smaller than before, although the food was fresh. However, the service was very poor. One particular lady with long dark hair was unhelpful, handing me a menu and telling me to order online before walking away. I had to wait 10 minutes to find her again to ask for Wasabi and ginger for my food. I had to use my phone to purchase most of my food, and when I asked her for a receipt twice, she ignored me. It wasn't until the third time that she asked for my email to send me the receipt. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and experience, and...

My wife and I visited the restaurant on Tuesday night (1/11/22) and had a wonderful experience. The waiter, Prantic, was exceptional and provided us with excellent recommendations. This was our first time at the restaurant and Prantic suggested the Chicken Katsu Curry, Squid, California Rolls, and Tuna Tataki. We found all the dishes to be exceptional, especially the Tuna. The Chefs clearly knew what they were doing. Despite our limited English proficiency, Prantic was very helpful and accommodating, as he fluently spoke both Italian and Spanish. We also enjoyed the Firefly drinks he recommended, the Kiwi and Peach Ice teas were delicious. The conveyor belt system for serving dishes was a fu...

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
