"This definitely is a family favorite for us. We used to visit regularly before the pandemic hit. We hope our daughter, who is five years old, enjoys Zachary's as much as we do. She may only have a simple vanilla teddy bear cone, but she absolutely loves it. The lemon cheesecake is absolutely amazing and pairs perfectly with one of their delightful lattes. They offer a wide variety of delicious flavors. My husband is particularly fond of the unicorn ice cream. If they happen to be out of cheesecake, I usually opt for the incredible Ferrero Rocher or Nutella ice cream. While they do serve alcohol, we typically choose not to indulge. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the owner, who we recently discovered is her lovely father. It's a charming, well-managed family business. They are following all Covid guidelines, allowing only one customer or family in at a time, and the cleanliness is top-notch."

I would recommend the waffle with fererro roche and nuttella ice cream its lovely. Its no good going here if your trying to lose weight

We popped in this afternoon for a cornet. Excellent range of delicious flavours and a lovely warm and friendly welcome from the lady behind the counter. Well worth a visit. We’ll be back!

We just been to Zacharys icecream parlour, and had a nice icecream we had various flavours to choose from and various cones as well as a tub, this hasn't changed at all it is the same as it was before the Corona virus except now...

Overpriced, two plain cones of ice cream £7! As said by another reviewer the flavours are not particularly strong which you'd expect given the prices. Additionally, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are rude, I'm not sure they have the words...

After trying out many ice cream shops in the area, none compare to the delicious ice cream and variety of choices at Zachary's. I have visited multiple times this year and will continue to do so even after Covid-19. I understand the need to keep the toilets closed for extra cleaning due to the pandemic, and I have never experienced any rude staff at the establishment. I recently visited the location on Prinny Ave as recommended by a previous review, but I found it to be dirty and had difficulty finding a clean table. Despite this, I highly recommend Zachary's to friends and family and commend them for their great work.
