"This restaurant offers spacious and roomy dining area where you can find great food, but the service is lacking. Visiting on a Tuesday night, we decided to have dinner and were immediately seated in a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes, and the Capesante e pancetta starter was exceptional - delicious scallops wrapped in bacon with a flavorful mustard sauce and spinach. A must-try for a perfectly balanced start to a meal. My partner enjoyed the bruschetta, which had mild flavors that complemented each other well. For our main courses, I opted for a Neapolitan margherita pizza while my partner chose the funghi tagliatelle pasta. The pizza had a doughy crust and generous cheese, though it could have been crispier. The pasta was well-balanced with delicious flavors. We also ordered sautéed potatoes on the side, which had a unique and pleasant flavor, though some were slightly over salted. The highlight of the meal was the exceptional crème brûlée, with a creamy texture and crunchy caramelized top. Our only complaint was the service - although the servers were friendly, they were not attentive and we had to repeatedly call them over. Despite this, the overall experience was good and the total bill came to around £100. I would recommend this restaurant for its excellent food, just be prepared for slow service."

Absolutely delicious food but there was a bit of a lack of atmosphere (though it was a thursday) and staff not particularly attentive. £9+ for a glass of wine is steep, too

All four of our party of senior gents from Portsmouth agreed that the meal could not be faulted, cooked to perfection. Three cheers for the staff, particularly Olivia, who could not have made us more welcome.

We came with two children who were playing, and we were told that customers were complaining due to playful noise. The food was late and when it came was rushed and not very flavourful. If you are family I would avoid.

Great food and choice of menu. Very chilly air conditioner and staff not as attentive didn't ask if we enjoyed the meal or if we needed to request a dessert or coffee so we paid and left. Quite noisy atmosphere and would return as food is so good.

My family and I have been eating here for 11 years. Birthdays, celebrations, casual dining...whatever excuse we have to attend we will! I've read a few negative reviews and it must have been an off day because we eat here once a week and the food is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The best Italian around!! Here is to another 11 years !

I made a reservation for a party of ten over the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and our table was ready. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent, and the staff was attentive throughout our meal. Our server, Kat, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We went to Zerozero restaurant and had the time of the week, food was exceptionally delicious. As an Italian myself I felt I was home. The owners and the stuff are lovely, we’ve been welcomed to our tables and introduced to some amazing starters while decinding what to have as a main. I honestly felt I was in Italy, everything was smooth and efficient. Clean place, delicious food and efficient service. I would recommend 100%.

Visited friends for a birthday, restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night. As per other revues the room is very noisy and echoes so conversation is hard on a table unless shouting. Menu had a good variety, a little expensive but was served hot, but nothing to write home about. Staff were not that attentive, taking orders quickly but not checking on us after that. Nice place but I thought it would have been better, perhaps some sound proofing so it’s not so loud inside.
