Eating is ok, but the service is in a chick pace. it took a long time to order. not much better than eating came. not at the end of the erased, up and paid bill. this load is on the hill

While the waitress did her best, this did not make up for the food being cold. I think is rather expensive for a small piece of fish and a slice of tiramisu. There was no atmosphere. The table wasn't ready, even though it was...pre booked.

The food was cold and in a mess ...... .... This is clearly a place not to have a takeaway from .. Ordered a few items, all came cold and bread in the box we guess with a brown sauce poured over the...top..... Come on guys do you really not want my business

lively restaurant with authentic Italian pizzas. could with more toppings, but still very tasty. large drink list and menu. not sure why was not in use at the top, as it seemed little space between the tables below. the personal seemed to be reworked, the customer interaction limited. Typical...pizza chain built, but obviously popular yet

Service terrible, missing orders, giving food to people that's allergic to it. Being very rude, not friendly. When it came to the bill over charging for things that didn't come out first place, asking for a certain amount for a tip. Saying card machine doesn't...work so people go get cash but then say it work and they don't give out chance. Feels like they are trying to scam you for more money. I would not go here for a special event.

Came here with some work friends. we had book in advance but it did coincide with some covid rules being up lifted and the place was full. I have been to others in the brand but not to this one and in all honesty I...was disappointed with the food, I had the king prawn linguine, the prawns was small and it only had about prawn in the whole dish. I did love the garlic and mozzarella bread I order as side. The service was lacking but do understand it was really busy. Not sorry I will be retuning here again

Had a lovely meal with friends. Could not fault it. The female staff were smart and efficient. Unfortunately the manager was inappropriately dressed. He was wearing baggy jeans that he had to keep pulling up, a horrid brown striped jumper that had seen better days. He was scratching his chest that was very off putting. You really would not know he was a manager .It did affect our dining experience. You dont expect a manager to be constantly pulling up his baggy jeans, surely he should be setting an example.

I can't blame for eating. that's why I laid stars. I've got celiac. When I asked about the non-gluten menu, I received the allergy folder. this contained extracts from the online allergy site. it was obviously expression because I read the list...online that writing was so small that I don't know how I expected it. I had to borrow a smartphone from my friends to have a chance. although I will say that the server said that they try to make it bigger printed. I think that's what they can do. what if another restaurant can offer a gluten-free menu that looks like the regular menus zizzys cant? to be provided with a black ordner if people around them are not beautiful from a normal menu reading.

Myself my husband and our son came for a meal this evening the food was absolutely spot on couldn't fault it. We were informed on arrival that there would be a significant wait for our food yet we actually didn't wait that long for it. The young girl in charge and the girl waiting on were great very helpful and pleasant...however the two young men working tonight were rude, ignorant and both looked as if they would rather be anywhere else but there .. they wandered aimlessly past our table that needed clearing after both our starters and our mains and neither got cleared until our next course was delivered. Their overall attitude left much to be desired and left a negative tinge to what was...
