Zizzi - Menu

Was only 2 in there at 1.30 in afternoon only went because we had a voucher order 2 drinks and 2 pizzas took over 40 minutes to come told they had problems with oven .when turned up pizza was like crispbread with soggy bottom worse pizza eaten and £43.00

My wife and I had a wonderful evening at Zizzi for my wife's birthday. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would like to give a big thank you to Suzanne, our server, who went above and beyond to make sure our evening was special. Nothing was ever too much for her. She truly made our night memorable.

The restaurant was quiet and so lacked atmosphere. The staff were still hard to attract when we wanted parmesan, should not have needed to ask, as well as seasoning. They were too busy gossiping with the chef! Our starter was cold and my pasta was very bland and therd was hardly any chicken in it. For the price and absolute rip off.

First time visiting. Staff slow. Standing about talking when we were waiting ages to order drinks then our drinks left on bar waiting . No cutlery on table had to ask. Didnt clear glasses had to move them out of way on another table. Calamari over cooked. Pasta not enough sauce and dry. Had to ask twice for salt. Not enough over busy. I have done hospitality and service lacksidaisy! Unfortunately put us off returning

Service was deplorable we practically had to wave someone over to take our order. More than thirty minutes later we received the smallest portions of chorizo carbonara with only about 3 cubes of chorizo. The garlic bread was so soggy it was awful the margarita pizza was a half hearted attempt at a pizza. There was a complete lack of attention from the waiting staff to us other customers despite being less than half full. We won't be returning.

my wife had been sent an offer via email so we decided to take advantage of it so glad we didwe were promptly shown to a table and asked if we had ant food allergies there where of us having meals we had a combination of the lasagne, the calzone and the rustica meat Sofia while we where waiting for the meals to arrive we were served a cup of pasta seasoned with paprika surprisingly (very tasty) the wait was about right for the meals and we were all very impressed well worth visiting

My family of four visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday night at 8:30pm. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly poor. It took 15 minutes for a staff member to come take our drink order, which then took a long time to arrive. We had to ask to place our food order 15 minutes later. Our food did not come until an hour later, by which time we had finished our drinks and no one came to ask if we wanted more. There were only a few tables left in the restaurant and the waitresses were standing around doing nothing. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I believe it would be beneficial for the staff to smile and be more cheerful when taking orders and checking on customers...

The prices were high for the average quality of the food. Due to the long wait for our meal and having to meet an appointment elsewhere, we had to leave half of our food uneaten. It took 10 minutes to get someone's attention for the bill, and when we finally went up to the till, we were met with disinterest from the staff. We mentioned a 30% discount code we had, but the new server insisted that it had been applied, although the full price was still charged. Despite being late for our appointment, we paid and asked for a receipt, but were told they couldn't provide one. I took the precaution of booking although this turned out to be unnecessary as the restaurant was very quiet when we arrived at This was my son's choice for his birthday. The menu is very extensive with something for everyone's taste and pocket. Unfortunately due to the problems with deliveries of some food items (not their fault) and the fact that I don't like spicy food my choices were limited on this occasion. There was a Bambini menu which my two year old granddaughter had. I didn't realise until the end of the meal that you could order using the APP as a server came and took our order. He was very knowledgeable, friendly , efficient and entertained our grandchild. My husband and I order...
