"A friend and I visited Zizzi after a night of dancing. The restaurant was not busy, so we chose to go there. The service was prompt and friendly. The food, for the most part, was just ok. I felt my calamari was not crispy enough, and my pasta sauce needed more seasoning. This is more to my personal taste. The decor of the restaurant was quite festive and bright. The wooden floors, though, were very slippery, with 2 different patrons almost falling over. Zizzi 's is a lovely restaurant with a good menu and prices, but for me, it did not have the wow factor."

I found the restaurant to be peaceful when dining with my friend, which is just how I prefer it. I am a frequent visitor of Zizzi and always enjoy the atmosphere at the O2 location. We were very pleased with our experience at this restaurant before the concert. Everything, from the food to the service, was excellent. The only downside was the cocktails. The first raspberry mojito I ordered had no rum in it, but the second one did. At £10 each, it's disappointing to have a cocktail missing alcohol. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Our waitress provided great service, the food came out quickly and was delicious. I would still recommend and revisit this restaurant.

We wanted to come to Zizzi before a show at the O2 on Boxing Day. We had tried booking online, but found it is not possible to do at this branch, which was a bit annoying. We were expecting it to be super busy but it was actually really quiet so our fears were for nothing as we were seated right away. The service was good and the food was delicious as always. Such a good range and their Christmas menu options were all delicious. Good portion sizes make this value for money, too. I would be back.
