I used Open Table for the first time to reserve a table for seven at Zizzi's. However, when we arrived, they couldn't find our online booking and weren't familiar with Open Table. Fortunately, they had a table available, or we would have needed to find another option. I'm not sure I'll depend on this service in the future.

Since our movie was scheduled to start at 6:45, we couldn't order a dessert or have coffee.
