"Lovely waitress, but despite being aware of the Concert at the SSE Arena the restaurant was short staffed. We booked as we were attending the Concert. Arrived at 6.25 pm, starters arrived at 7.10 pm, we then had to ask them to hurry with the main course as we thought we might miss the start of the Concert (one of the Mains was a salad). At no time we were advised of the 45 minute delay for food. No toilet paper in the ladies lavatory."

Service was very slow. Some staff appeared to be idly chatting. When we were finally served the meal went according to plan. The Portuguese waiter added a bit of charm to the proceedings.

exceptional. from all Italian chains that we visited zizzi is the best and the wembley twog was the selection of the baptism! beautiful decoration, amazing dining and drinks menu, deliciously deducted and the staff...someone from the waitress to the chefs that we 're lovely. highly recommended.
