"We actually slept here as we had an early flight from Hamburg airport, and this was 10 min drive to the airport. But we also tried the restaurant they have. We had a 4 persons apartment. Even though the place smells a bit old everything was clean! Comfy beds and pillows, duvet and all that. Clean bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, anything you need for a quick one night stay. We slept across the road in one of the apartment buildings. Very nice that they have a restaurant on site as well, where we had dinner. Nice and quick service, the waitress recommended some nice local wine, which was very good. Had the baked potato with herring strips and it was great. Don't know how the breakfast is now here, but I clearly remember staying in this same hotel precisely 12 years ago and remembering this as one of the best hotel breakfasts. Hope it is still the same. Will be staying here again and recommend it if you have an early flight, or just want to avoid sleeping in the center of the city."

Nice restaurant with frendly atmosfere. The kitchen is good and open till late. The menu offer different dishes with soup, salad, meat and fish as well. It's in a good position, with parking available.

The restaurant belongs to the hotel and interior welcomes also locals. Food menu has variation of different meats and fish. The quality of foods is really nice and fried potatoes is a must as a side dish. Prices are absolutely reasonable and fair. The draft beer corner provides lots of various lager brands as well of wear beer. Service is recognizing your needs. If you like Hamburg a bit outside the scene this place is recommended.

We went here in light of an event, it wasn't the only one, they had three others at the same time. Plus the entire parking lot was closed off for police vehicles. So we were forced to park around 10 minutes away. The service seemed overwhelmed, nice but confused at times. The food a so called Mediterranean buffet was to small. Not enough for people who don't eat meat or fish. Pasta with cheese sauce was salty. Overall I think you need some extra lessons, what a Mediterranean buffet should contain. Won't be returning.

After 14 hours of driving I was not really up to drive somewhere else to get dinner, so we ate at the restaurant of the hotel. It was a perfect choice. We took the menu for 15,90€ each with the soup of the day, the beef roll and the dessert.The soup was very nice, I think it was curry and tomato, very tasty. Beef roll, with vegetables, was of generous dimension. The cooking of the meat was perfect, very soft meat. Together with the main plate we got also some other boiled vegetables and some very nice creamy sauce that was perfect with the whole dish.Lastly, we got the dessert, some pineapple cream dessert, very nice and fresh.Very nice price, very nice dishes, very nice deal.Go there.
