"We've always met with friends on Bob's Haunstetten. Cool location with inner and outer lining/drinks are delicious and always come fast. In light blocking there was only a small menu that is absolutely understandable, but you always had to ask for salt, ram and napkins extra and make the service aware that something is missing. Now after the summer lockdown, on a Saturday night, we had another pleasure at Burger Co. Have already reserved under the week, with the indication that we would like to sit outside in the beer garden. Unfortunately, there is now much to complain: if we were registered, we were taken to the rear corner of the cat table, right in front of the large open kitchen window (the smell can imagine). There were other tables free, so we asked for another table. Our inquiry was not so good at first, with the hint we were only two, and you would have to look for the other reservations. Only on our hook that it basically only 4 beer garden tables and other guests sat on the tables for two, we were placed in another place. We both wanted to eat here, but should give up an order to pick up for friends, and have said so before you're not messed up with a total of 10 orders. Especially since an event with more than 100 people was held in the large hall, which is of course taken into account that it can take a little longer. We had to go through the 8 pick-up orders of our friends several times with the service power, as they forgot something or not written wrong. 4 x burgers and 4 x pizzas should not be too big a problem. The service was nevertheless friendly and it was unpleasant for them that something went wrong all the time. We have our two burgers and tastefully they are perfect so you can not taste. In the meantime, our friend came to pick up the order and unfortunately no longer matched several times. 2x false pizzas as well as forgotten sauces on the burgers, unfortunately only noticed at home as it went inside so you could not control all dishes immediately. But you also pay the higher price, for example because of an extra and if that is missing, you will get angry. Although it is lonely that something is sought for sustainability and instead of plastic pipes, straws are actually brought. However, these should also be somewhat more stable and should not be broken by bending during transport from the counter to the guest. the opening is so narrow that you cannot even drink a creamy cocktail. Here the staff should just think a bit and either switch to wider macaroni noodles or consider other more stable alternatives. We also had to ask for our drinks several times, for example just one came or no one who was doubled on the bill. Errors happen once, but everything goes wrong, which can run wrong, is very annoying. The job as a service power is certainly also very exhausting and stressful, but before Corona it also worked, so one wonders if everyone had learned their job in the meantime, what they had done before. We still like to come back, but hope that everything will happen again and the store will go so that we can only give 3 stars."
