The Man said it’s a company policy that the music cannot go down. I haven’t heard a more ignorant comment then this. Its an eatery place and not a club that im walking in. Fix up Nando’s Park royal."

"My partner and I have been regular customers here for the past two years. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and tranquil, and the food is delicious. However, we have noticed a decline in the quality of service, especially with some of the newer waitresses working in the upstairs restaurant. Lately, it has taken a long time for them to take our order and they have repeatedly forgotten items or brought us the wrong dishes. It is disappointing because we love this place, but we may have to take a break from dining here until the staff is better trained."

"I went on Easter Sunday to celebrate my sons 16th birthday with a large group of 20 people.The pub has a separate large dining area that can cater for big groups so this was ideal.The Sunday Roast was amazing and was just great value.The Roast ranged from £15-£19 and to get this price in London with such good quality food made this celebration affordable.The atmosphere was lovely with very friendly helpful staff. We will be back !!"

"The staff in this pub laughed in the face of a visitor when they informed them they had been given real meat rather than the vegan option they had requested. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be investigated further immediately. I will never again...visit somewhere where I know the staff have such little care compassion or regard for someones dietary requirements. Whilst being a vegan isn’t an allergy this could be very serious for others who may suffer from nut or gluten allergies for example and lead to someone getting seriously poorly. Completely unacceptable."

"Good food (pricey, but the location explains this) delivered with exceptional service. Roast lunch compared favourably with the best that local Fullers pubs provide. We were very lucky to be served by Sehaj who made everything perfect. It is hard to find good people like this in hospitality these days. Despite this, the bill came without any service charge, suggested or otherwise was very happy to tip! All in all an excellent experience."

"Serbian run Serbian restaurant, now facing increased competition Kod Pirketa (Acton), Fulham Kitchen (Fulham) and therefore improving over the years, since 2011. For non Balkan foodies, specialities will appear simple, but these are all honest, plentiful meat dishes that will almost certainly make you feel quite full. Try a portion of ćevapcici (kebab) or chicken in mushroom sauce, ask for lepinja (warm, soft bread) and maybe sample a shot of rakija (a strong local spirit). After COVID you can enjoy several outside tables, in addition to a few covered at the front. Want to shop for more? Another Serbian cafe/shop across the road."

"Tip top food at this lovely sized gem. The place runs back deep the seating is very comfortable nicely spaced. The friendly staff were attentive without being intrusive. We had chicken satay prawn toast seafood cakes. I’m not a lover of seafood cakes but these were good. The satay works well Withe sauce but the prawn toast were fabulous. Mains www glass noodle with king prawn 9/10 chicken with chilli rice 8/10 a little hot for me thai omelette which was outstanding another 9/10. Accompanied by an excellent South African merlot which initially was a little warm but soon dropped to the right temperature. Highly recommended"

"Went with a bunch of friends for my birthday. Had been to the Aeronaut many years previously for their circus night and it had been incredible. This night was a 'game show ' night. We paid a not inconsiderable sum (about £25 each? to enter an empty room with a couple of lame drag artists. Another table got a couple of people arrive. It got to showtime and the room was completely dead, I 'd checked with the lady on the door and she said it would fill up. Miraculously, about 10 minutes later a load of people flooded in the door. At the bar half way through the evening (which was lame, I was right! I asked a couple of the people at the bar if they 'd paid to come in. No, they hadn 't. I found the woman in charge and asked for a refund. We were basically the only paying punters in there. I found the policy very disingenuous. Over charging mugs like us in advance and then letting about 50 people in for free on the night to fill it?! Thankfully, the only positive thing I could say is, they gave us a refund the next day. Left a sour taste though that was my birthday night ruined at the time."

"Fine old pub with a good range of beers and plenty of TVs if you fancy watching sport. Very large establishment and quite an extensive food menu. The attached comedy venue is also an excellent draw. And while the outside seating is a bit too close to the main road and car park, there is also a far more attractive courtyard."

"I went to the counter to order a glass of wine and cordial but was not happy with the amount of cordial in my drink. I added more cordial myself, but a staff member came to our table with a bad attitude and charged us twice for the cordial. I was very disappointed with the customer service and found the atmosphere to be unfriendly. The price was also not fair in my opinion, as paying $1.50 for cordial in water seemed excessive, considering water is usually a complimentary offering at restaurants. I was very unsatisfied and do not plan on returning to this establishment."

"Racist and Abelist manager Sylvester. My friends and I go to the ealing Wetherspoons quite often and have never had a bad interaction, however last night we had our first encounter with the manager of this chain. My friend South African Woman ordered her drink and then got asked to show ID, she proceeded to show her valid Citizenship card which proved her age 18, 19 this December and they did not approve it. She then explained how she has a chronic illness and cannot apply for drivers license since her CFS prevents her from applying for a provisional. The employee explained how they do not accept this as it is identical to a “university student card” which is not a valid form of ID despite a legal requirement of going to university is being 18. After snatching her drink away and not listening to my friend explaining how she is disabled the manager then got involved. This is where the racism and ableism began, Sylvester then proceeded to point to my friends curly hair and whisper so the body cam would not pick up “ people like you shouldn’t be here.” Our friend came back to the table in shock, couldn’t belive the thing she just got told. Our waitress came over with the manager, she was a young woman with mouse brown hair and she was one of the only workers that showed us any sympathy or remorse, it was evident that the manager takes his anger out on the other employees probably on minimum wage trying to make ends meet because she was very distressed and uncomfortable around him. He then came over to us and I tried to explain to him the severity of this situation, explaining how our friend is disabled and physically cannot have another ID, he could see her crutches and still was so agressive and verbally abusive. He said to our friend “ if you’re disabled you shouldn’t be in places like this” she then broke down in tears and he did not care, then asked ONLY her to leave dispite knowing that 2 of us were under 18 as it was only 6pm and we were still welcome, but had to leave at 9 The police was threatened to be called on us. I have never been more disgusted by anyone, upon further research this is not the only time Sylvester has been complained for ableism and racism. One report that an Asian man was denied a glass of orange juice because he did not have ID. I found this experience so disgusting and my friend is so hurt by this discrimination from Ealing Wetherspoons, going against the Equality Act 2010. This treatment is very ironic since the sign on the door explains how “ not every disability is visible “ yet to discriminate our friend. Disgusting"

"I've always been out here regularly. I love eating, but I have noticed that they take in busy times kissing customers once I ordered a disk harness that ran out in the night in the refrigerator. the court was obviously made days before and given me to earn her money yesterday, I got another take away, I ordered four naan with my curry. the two tops looked fresh, what my sister took after home. the lower two I had for me were cut into half and hard when I ate obviously they left me from day or day before eating is order. I do not recommend taking anyone, I strongly think of reporting this place to food standards."

"Hadrian's has been open for a while now, but I only got my first pizzas from there last night and I'm pleased to say they were delicious! They are made to order with fresh dough for the base and tasty ingredients for the topping. They make better pizzas than pizza express or the ones you can buy from Sainsbury Morrisons. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning to Hadrian's again soon to get a lovely capricciosa or napoletana."

"Chill place to spend time. We went with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon to study for uni. Great atmosphere, quiet downstairs happy vibes upstairs. Staff is very friendly. The food is various and tasted good, and also the prices are good. The hot drinks are various too as you can have lactose free milk: soya, oat, and coconut. The coffee tasted regular. Definitely recommend the salads and the sandwiches, vegan options available. The WiFi was not working unfortunately but overall positive experience. We will be back but not to study until internet works well."

"Came here yesterday for lunch .It Was around 1.45ish. It was busy . We ordered two channa bhatura . We were given 2 bhatura Each. Upon eating, I found that the chick peas were very spicy. It seemed like The ground spices hadn’t been cooked into the curry properly and the spice was hurting my throat. So I called the waiter over and told him the chick pea curry was very spicey. He just said they made it medium hot. All the time He didn’t seem that bothered. I asked for Some plain saag instead. So atleast I could eat the bhatura. The saag was very pale in colour . It was ok. But too much garlic in it . The bhatura were oily . We would have preferred Puri instead . The waiters were all busy. The food Was bought out quickly I noticed . It’s not cheap to eat here. Most dishes are £7 plus. We paid £25. Just for two channa and a saag And sadly I didn’t enjoy any of it. I won’t be back . The service was slow. Had to get the Attention of the waiters when we wanted anything . They didn’t seemed bothered ."

"My experience at Wine Mousaka was one of the best I've had at a restaurant. As a lifelong Londoner, I rarely feel as well-treated as I did there. We ordered the Meze course and asked to swap out a specific item we didn't like. The chef kindly made us personalized dishes instead. The food quality was excellent and the staff were polite and efficient. We were even offered complimentary shots of liquor at the end of the meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and we had a great time chatting with the owner. If you're in the North West area and in the mood for Greek/Mediterranean cuisine, I highly recommend Wine Mousaka."

"Staff at this store is very rude and unprofessional, for the 3rd time I came to this place I thought the service will change evwntually but every time is the same and even worse, from the moment you came into the counter the staff doesn't even look at you they are all talking at the en of the counter with the tall one the supervisor just looking behind someones head but not coming as the conversation must be interesting.Once you get served they ask you to seat and then again nobody come to serve you so you have to get up and get the menus yourself as they still talking or on the phone as the place is not busy at all. After placing our order I can see that the tall lady apparently the supervisor is preparing everything without gloves which is was disgusting as she was touching everything else including money and her phone, when I asked her why she is not gloves she said is allergic, after receiving our orders we had to wait for our ice creams to meat before they gave us any spons to eat, when I asked for it they gave the the attitude because I interrupted their conversation saying the spots should be on your table, they might be on other tables but was no one at our table, they brought some and stop them at the table.After having such a bad service from the start my daughter wanted some water so I asked for some tap water which one of the ladies replied they don't do tap water but if I want I can go and get it on the counter my self : .I FIND THE SERVICE A TOTAL DISGRACE AND THE STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"Last Thursday I decided to bring my family to this restaurant because of the birthday of my wife. I had a special credit that I received from my sister a while ago as a birthday gift. So we went to the restaurant and only if I asked the waiter if we could use the voucher on this day. he went to the manager and informed us that the voucher is not from them because there is no sign or the voucher number. I was surprised because the address and other details corresponded to their location. I called the manager, and he told me that my credit is not from them. / I called my sister who bought the voucher for me to explain to the manager how she bought the voucher from them. the call did not change how the manager acted, he did not believe that was the credit of them. my sister works in the bank and honesty is her priority. I felt in this restaurant as an intruder someone who wants to steal their pizza or pasta. I asked about the owner details and left the restaurant. my wife and my children were very disappointed. my son wept because he wanted pizza, but we went to another place. the manager has even not asked me to follow the phone, email or other details to follow this case. he was not willing to check who was on the layer when the voucher was sold. he did not try to help us have a nice evening and the fall resolved. it's just a bad service, and my sister has lost that she paid for this voucher."

"We have ordered here many a time now but we have noticed over the last couple of months that the food has gone totally downhill. I 'm a chef by trade so I know that they haven 't been changing the oil that they cook in. The prawn balls have come totally overcooked, the batter shatters in your hands because they are so dry and the prawns inside u can 't chew. Crispy chilli chicken is not crispy, they smoother it in garlic sauce. Almost made me gag. The special fried rice tasted funny so I 'm hoping I won 't get food poisoning. I can still taste it now and actually feel sick. I rang them and told them and the fella on the phone was pretty much silent and just said sorry . Avoid"
