"The Conglomerate What would the Quartier be? I'm not sure. The interior design works hip, industrial style, but somehow strikingly strange. The ceilings are high and the room does not seem so right filled. As a result of many elements, one becomes uncertain whether to hate or love this concept. There is little to eat, after about 40 minutes would be served. Burgerpatty had you consistency of potato pulp, pommes on the edge were already a bit cold. The large salad was attractively decorated and layered, the dressing slightly acidic but perfectly harmonized with the individual components. "I was in the Greek restaurant Dimitra in the evening. It wasn't much. The restaurant has a medium size, a separate smoking area and is not wheelchair accessible as far as I have seen. Now for service: There were two services that would be more likely to talk to each other instead of taking care of four guests. We sat there 15 minutes before we got a menu. 30 minutes later we got our drinks and 10 minutes later we finally got the appetizer plates that were unfortunately only lukewarm. The main dinner came 15 minutes after our records. The supplements were somewhat ok, the meat was slightly tough and all dishes were only lukewarm, which was particularly negative in lamb. When we got the jackets later, we all left because they smelled cigarette smoke. That was because the wardrobe was hanging right next to the smoking area."

"When we first walked into the restaurant, it was very crowded. An excellent sign. The atmosphere was lovely. The staff was very welcoming. Our waitress gave us an English menu then we asked for a German one too. Gotta keep learning! Our meals were good...portions with wine and beer Alles Gut! Our tummy was happy. We would eat here again Now...to the artistic side of Grosser Meyerhof. The first thing I noticed was the artwork on the menus. Beautiful and cleverly done. It really brought me joy! At the end of the meal, I mentioned to our waitress that I love the artwork on the menu and she pointed to the lady who is The Artist. The waitress mentioned that The Artist makes her own Christmas cards for each of the staff how special is that! After we paid, the waitress asked for our receipt back so that The Artist could draw on the back for me......double special"

"Something's done, but I didn't want to tell you, Ubiers had a Valentine's Day dinner at the Drexlers. Preorder a romantic table on the window, online the Valentine Menu checked for its occasional suitability, the best of all women picked up and after a nice walk back through the snow-covered Colombipark Point 1800h. Almost. It was still closed. Through the large windows our table (or out) laughs above us while our romantic atmosphere adapts to the ambient temperature. Finally, the waiter comes out of the kitchen, sees us and hurrys. Forget it. All right, let's go, we were exaggerated. In a very good wine-growing wine, we romanticize ourselves again warm, the Valentine menu still needs a small restructuring, as the female taste buds today blossom to beef rather than the beef fillet. Accordingly, no common wine selection, but here Drexlers can score points with his excellent wine week card: changing open wines from the almost inexhaustible range of the stem house invite you to taste. This also makes the glassy selection fun! The kitchen is equipped with a small vegetable strudel, nicely arranged, but a little fade. The selected appetizers are also clearly low in salt and after the spirit of time the Fleur de Sel Klumpen is to spread over it. Not my thing, now it's salty outside and fade inside. But the self-produced romance and the also selected waiters help over such competitions, the open Spanish red sparkles in the glass it is Valentine! After the convincing main course (with extra salt!) a sensational mousse au chocolat completes our candlelight dinner impatiently. "Wir sind um 18.45 Uhr eingekehrt und um 20.30 Uhr konnten wir nach 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten Wartezeit auf das Essen endlich zahlen und zum SC gehen. Das Essen war Klasse alle 3 Gerichte Top. Der Wurstsalat üppig und gut, der Grillteller mit Bratkartoffeln wunderbar und auf den Punkt gegart, das Rumpsteak mit Gemüse ebenso vorzüglich. Der Service sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Lokal war gut besucht aber um 18.45 nicht ganz zur Hälfte besetzt da ist die Wartezeit einfach zu lange. Ansonsten kann ich das Lokal bedenkenlos empfehlen. Das Publikum gemischt mit einem größeren Anteil von Studenten."

"Ich bin Empört!Wir sind seit der Eröffnung des Restaurant Stammkunden (Kleine Familie) und waren auch immer wieder mit Freunden und Angestellten unserer Firma dort essen.Wir haben in den letzen Monaten nicht wenig zum Umsatz dieses Restaurants beigetragen, aber was wir seit ca 6 Monaten dort erleben mussten ist einfach unmöglich! Von Service am Kunden ist nichts mehr zu spüren, nicht mal wenn man Stammkunde ist. Das Servicepersonal verdient diesen Namen nicht, unfreundlich und patzig. Der Kunde war mal König aber nicht mehr in diesem Restaurant, man muss sich mit der Bedienung geradezu laut streiten, weil man auf Fehler ihrerseits nur Gegenargumente und kein Verständnis vom Personal bekommt. Es sind leider so viel Sachen sowohl im Restaurant, als auch bei der Lieferung schief gegangen, wo in einem anderen Betrieb aus Kulanz dem Kunden gegenüber etwas angeboten wird, hat man hier das Gefühl, das sie auf Kunden die evtl. Stammkundenwerden könnten,nicht angewiesen sind. Kurzum Service =0, Personal unfreundlich, patzig Nicht mehr zu empfehlen!! und wir sind nicht mehr alleine mit dieser Meinung!Falls der Besitzer des Restaurant sich das durchlesen sollte, sollten sie entweder ihre Personalwahl verbessern oder schließen!"

"Can recommend the hotel! Was the second time to stay! The rooms are large, 2 single beds, I was upstairs with my sister! Bathroom with modern bathtub, shower, hairdryer, separate toilet. Very quiet location, windows open at night and no noise from roads, neighbors or anything else! We enjoyed the restaurant. TOP! Beautiful, friendly and helpful staff, good selection of dishes, beautifully designed plates! Breakfast buffet, all fresh... about Birchermüesli, otherwise Müesli, salmon, beautiful cheese and bread selection. There are a total of 12 euros in the garage... I think SUPER! "The Bouncers of the night club are : unprofessional , racist and rude ! and they refuse even to communicate . i was once with a friend , just 2 guys and he didn't even see our ID cards , he just pointed his finger to us in the middle of crowd and asked us to leave the place while we just talking waiting for our turn he didn't even said why . In same time he let 2 Big groups of guys just after us ! If he is letting only guys with girls i will totally understand that . But with what standard you don't let let 2 guys in and then you let 6 other guys just after them ?? it is because we look Foreigns and we were speaking English ? I was in almost every club in Freiburg : Agar , Mamita , Kagan .... and never had a situation like this !!! Happy new year and please consider who are you guys employing ;"

"Sadly I wasn't able to eat here but this is a friendly, authentic gastaette a couple of miles off the tourist track. Definitely a neighborhood place - no English menus or anything like that here, but a good example of a neighborhood bar and restaurant that the locals clearly enjoy. I will definitely come back here for food sometime: as well as all the usual German fare there are Afghan dishes (I think the chef is from Afghanistan.) The blackboard advertised cheap weekday lunches but on this weekend afternoon drinks outside were enough for me. Staff don't speak English but a few words of German and a lot of pointing go a long way. Definitely recommended after a walk in the hills above Freiburg!"
