"It was just what I needed after a long day, something to remind me of being back home. The service was excellent and it only took around 5-10 minutes for our food to start arriving. The couple who run the restaurant were hands-on and very attentive to anything you wanted, if it were some more spice in your food or more tissues. The area itself was very well decorated and spacious with a bathroom at the back, with an AC unit installed too- keeping us all cool while we enjoy the food. Anything was very appealing on the menu- which clearly labels all of the ingredients in every dish and offers a very large variety of food- I highly recommend the Keema Aloo as well as any rice on the menu. I would definitely come back a second time and I am sure that I would not be disappointed."

"Extremely noisy. Large party tables and glass walls amplified the issue. Average to low attention from the waiters in taking the order, removing dishes and no follow ups questions were asked. The meat (bone filet) was overcooked and partially carbonized outside. Truly disappointing. Choose a simple Dessert, that was well presented."

"First off, I'm not a big fondue guy, but, I'll make an exception for this place. I've only been to Geneva twice and every time I've came here, I have visited this restaurant. The way they do fondue makes them stand out. The vibe of the restaurant is lively and the staff friendly. They really enjoy serving people great food. This restaurant gets so packed and reservations are highly strongly recommended. If I ever visited again, 10/10, I would return. Advice, if you're planning to dine here, skip lunch and come hungry."

"First and foremost they have a place for the coats and please keep persisting, probably people will understand that the jackets has to be hang in the cloakroom, but not on the chairs. They have a very warm welcome, professional and at the same time friendly staff. As for the food it is delicious. I would consider this place as gastronomical. "I love Café Art's. It is cozy and calm, with welcoming staff and a nice menu selection. My favorite is their goat cheese salad (salade chevre chaud), served with yummy dressing. Food is served till quite late a rare thing in Geneva."

"Venus en couple avec le passeport gourmand (grâce à qui nous avons découvert ce restaurant) nous avons été littéralement séduits par tout: le décor est superbe, les tables espacées et très confortables, service au top, sympathique, à l'écoute et tjr présent sans être pesant, bravo les filles! Maintenant passons au repas: quelle magnifique découverte du menu terroir, superbe soupe asperge dés de fera fumés, terrine de lapin estragon goûteuse et magnifiquement entourée d'une feuille de nori qui relève un goût iodé, suivi d'un superbe carré d'agneau cuisson parfaite, maestro! Pour ma femme un foie gras excellent, et une cassolette de ris de veau morilles/cardons frais qu'elle en rêve encore! Le café gourmand nous a laissé sur une note parfaite, 10/10, de l'acidité du gourmand du craquant et pas trop de sucre, voilà du bonheur! Les assiettes sont très belles, magnifiquement dressées, à quand une étoile ou une toque? Essayez ce restaurant c'est l'adopter!! Bravo à toute l'équipe, continuez comme ça! On reviendra très vite."

"I went there mainly because of all the good reviews, which were also seconded by an expat I know in Geneva who likes it. I was frankly puzzled by all the great reviews. The restaurant was OK, but nothing outstanding. Like any one of a...million restaurants in French villages. My steak was somewhat overcooked (I ordered it saignant, but it barely qualified as medium rare), as was my companion’s. This was particularly odd given that both steaks were so very lightly charred on the outside. I have also definitely tasted far better sauce au poivre before. The green salad wasn’t bad. Nor was the pear and almond tart though, again, nothing outstanding, just your standard bistro tart. Bottom line: nothing wrong with having a casual meal here, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it."

"Very good, inventive menu which offers a wide choice and top artisanal drinks. I like the burgers of the month which I find atypical! However, I noticed that they put less salad sauce than before, which means that the salad is dry and has little flavor, which is a shame because this homemade sauce is very good. "We had a very nice meal at Cafe Papon as part of a small conference. The private room was beautiful and the meal was similarly presented. We had a ceviche entree and a pork main and a pastry dessert with coffees. My partner had the vegetarian option which was simple but perfectly cooked. The accompanying wines were great. "This is one of my favorite Geneva restaurants, just a few minutes' walk from Geneva Central Station. I've been feeding here since 2007. I enjoy the Hanoi Grilled Pig Bowl, the beef pho, seafood soup and Vermicelli with spring rolls. The service is friendly and efficient and in summer there are outdoor seating. I'm always the lemongrass and ginger tea. The restaurant has recently added new dishes to its menu. It is always a pleasure to visit."
