I went for the pasta in the Parmesan wheel and was not disappointed! it was amazing! the waitress, tissem was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant offered a 'amuse bouche', which was also beautiful. I will go back to Definitiw!

too expensive price do not fit to eat they can eat better for cheaper price the ceo this restaurant is too present and takes too much space should stay in shadow and let them enjoy the people and show their love provided for the service once they have done eating they have plenty of potential, but earn a better quality of the food

I booked a table for 1 person on a Friday night and it apparently was really disturbing for the boss/barman as he almost did not let me in (even though I had made a reservation) and afterwards he just laughed about it with his waiter and chef… right behind me so I obviously heard everything. I guess being a girl by herself in a restaurant is not accepted in Ultimo? Beside of that the waiter was very nice and the food was delicious! So if the barman was not there I would have give it a 5/5
