"quality no matter which location we visit. This time, we decided to try out the Pizza Express restaurant in the city center. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious as always. We highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a reliable and tasty dining experience."

"Not been to this Pub for a long time and yet I only live 2 minutes down the road. Met up with a friend of mine and was impressed on the inside of the Pub. After the drinks arrived we were then left alone for a while choosing our Food which was lovely as hate being rushed. The Food was very good and we both had Starters,my Starter was a welcome change that for once the Whitebait didn't come in Bread Crumbs or Batter. The Main Courses we had were simply fantastic and the Desert I had was very nice, but the only complaint I would have is that there wasn't enough Custard to go with the Fruit Crumble ! Looking forward to having another Meal in this Pub in due course."

"Amazing delicious beautiful creation for each of the courses of this imaginative tasting menu, definitely worth reserving a table before it becomes impossible! The service complimented the food and explanations were fantastic. We had a great lunchtime experience and hope to come back soon."

"I was pleased to see the pub being run by competent staff. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The new carpet and clean tables were a nice touch. I hope the pub maintains this level of service, as we will definitely be returning to support our local establishment. Well done!"

"Really lovely, quality innovative food in lovely surroundings. Service good and all staff seemed to have a smile on their face. This is not a cheap restaurant, but you do get what you pay for. One minor criticism would be the wine list. I understand that wine is an opportunity for restaurants to make money, but there were a dearth of options in the £30 £40 range (let alone £20 £30). Also £5 for a bottle of water seems a bit excessive. This is a restaurant to go for a celebration. We would love to go back."

"I already know that the landlord is going to reply by saying that I 'm not welcome back, but it won 't be necessary to blacklist me since we have no intention of returning. We stayed in the campsite and had a very poor stay. When we arrived we were told by the landlord we could not park on the grass our pre booked pitch because it would 'mess up the grass ', even though it wasn 't wet. So we had to park on the road. There are only three tiny shower rooms who 's doors go directly to the outside, and you have to stand on a makeshift wooden crate that all the water splashes onto to dry yourself. They are cold and damp, and the radiators inside aren 't on even in the early spring. The water runs on a meter, so you have to put in the correct amount of 20 pence pieces for how long you want to shower for, and the machine is not reliable at all and sometimes doesn 't register when you put in coins. The pub service was awful, I 'm sorry to say. We were left to decide what we wanted to eat and when the waitress came back to take our orders I was told that what I decided to have when I told her was not even on the menu anymore and the menu was outdated. Eventually I decided on what to eat but nothing on the menu appealed to me. My mum ordered a red pepper and mozzarella burger, but asked if it could be done without the mozzarella, and was told yes as it 's all freshly made. When it arrived it was simply a slice of pepper in a burger bun. For £13.95. Not only that but it also came with mayonnaise in it, even though we expressly requested for it to be vegan to cater for my mum. The waitress who is also the landlady took it back but didn 't seem to understand the phrase 'vegan '. It appears that the landlord, who also manages all of the campsite check ins whilst running a pub all by himself is the chef. We wouldn 't have left a review like this if he was a nice person but you can see just from all of the other reviews how rude a man he is, and although he was friendly when we checked in (after waiting for him to be free from whatever he was doing in the pub), we could sense after a few interactions that he has some underlying anger. Also, please learn how to spell before telling everybody that leaves a review pointing out the flaws in your campsite to go back to school."

"We visit this place about once a week (most of the time) to get a fresh (yes, I mean freshly baked) baguette. There are a wide variety of fillings on offer, which you can see in the trays in the glass counter in front of you when you order. However, the only disappointment for me is that every time I have been in there has been no mortadella or salami, of which I'm a great fan. On my most recent visit I had an egg mayonnaise baguette, which was very filling and tasty. Time and again we will make repeat visits. We do notice that this place is especially busy around lunch time, especially with tradesmen, and it's important to note that they normally seek out the places which provide great value for money, the best service, and the best quality of lunch time snacks. Recommended."

"Ive had a voucher for over 2 years now due to covid and the team were great it letting me keep pushing it! We finally visited the week before Christmas just gone and what can I say. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews/lack of reviews however it was 10/10. Service was impeccable, the food was moreish and stunning (the sausage roll and egg brioche were our favs! and the fact its unlimited sandwiches make its all the better! The sweet treats werent all to my taste but are they ever all exactly what someone would like? But they looked beautiful and you could tell there was a lot of work and effort that went into them! The atmosphere was delightful and we had stunning views of the gardens which was lovely. I would 100% return in the near future, great job everyone!"

"This restaurant is small and gets extremely busy during lunchtime, so I recommend arriving a little early. The aroma of their hot food is delightful, and it's obvious that they have a large following."

"Great menu and well portioned dishes. We had a great breakfast and attentive waiter. Really enjoyed everything and not put off by the front of house welcome who seemed put out that we were 3 and not 2 (as booked) which at 8am with nobody else in the restaurant was a joke. When we left there were only 2 other tables occupied what a pompous joke. "I was a little bit gutted when bills were full and couldn’t squeeze me in (table for 1) the staff there were slightly blunt too. However once I found this little gem round the corner I was very happy I came here! Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Order taken promptly. Drinks arrived within a couple of mins and then food not long after. Good portion side and very filling! I had the full English which was lovely! I am so very glad I came here and actually prefer this place to Bills! The best place for brunch in Horsham!"

"Beeches Buffet is quite simply a one in a million. The food and the coffee here is amazing with an incredible expansive choice of fillings at great value. We often stay over in Horsham if we’re flying out of Gatwick and no visit is ever complete to Sussex without a visit to our favourite little gem of a coffee stop with one of the lovely sandwiches a slice of their wonderful cake to enjoy with the coffee. You will simply not find better. One can sit in the alley, catching up on the news or simply just watching the world go by here. The staff are always very friendly and attentive and prepare your food to your exacting order right in front of your very eyes. If you’re visiting Sussex then it is worth making every effort to visit Beeches if you’re looking for one of the finest cafe culture experiences available. Parking can be found nearby in a small multi-storey car park to the rear."

""I recently celebrated my Auntie's 82nd birthday at this fantastic pub. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. There were three menus to choose from: a full lunch menu, a smaller-sized menu with one, two, or three courses, and a gluten-free menu. There were plenty of dishes to suit everyone's tastes. We had a party of eleven and had a wonderful time.""

"The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and the setting is pleasant, however portions are very small and I consider prices high for what it is. We also had a problem with using the loo. I ordered food and then went to use the facilities. There was no loo paper or paper towels in one cubicle and the other cubicle for those with a disability had a few sheets which I used up. I raised this with our waitress when I got back to the table. My wife went back at the end of the meal but still no paper of either kind. She asked staff for help and had to wait several minutes waiting for it to appear. Also be warned, the toilet windows in the disabled cubicle have clear windows at waist height right next to a path with an unobstructed view for any walkers onto what you are doing! Extremely embarrassing as I experienced!"

"Had a nice saturday lunch in the sunshine. Chicken burger was excellent however breakfast bowl was disappointing in both taste, size and value for money. Ice cream cones were excellent. Social distancing was interesting with the space between diners. Although hand sanitiser on tables, there was no evidence of table cleaning between customers and no masks for staff,"

"The accommodation was very pleasant although the large number of cushions were a nuisance. There were a couple of defects that should have been noticed before we arrived. There were two blown bulbs in the overhead lighting making it difficult to read after dark. They were quickly replaced after we told the staff. The W.C. seat was loose, making it a bit awkward to use. All else was fine in the room. The meal was not at all satisfactory. I had the pheasant dish, and it was very tough due to being overcooked. I had to request a sharp knife, but was unable to recover all the leather like meat. The potato had the distinctive stale taste that comes from re-heating. My wife's fish dish was also overcooked and was tough, odd for a fish. We had two gin and tonics which appeared to have very little gin, if any. We will not be returning for another visit."

"Upon arriving at the restaurant and walking up the steps to order drinks, I inquired with the assumed operations director about the availability of drinks and food, as the place looked run-down and some areas were closed without signage. The gentleman confirmed that they were indeed serving food and drinks. I went to the bar and ordered drinks for myself and my family (4 drinks). Shortly after, the operations director approached me to inform me that they would need the table back in 45 minutes, as there were bookings for both inside and outside seating. Despite my family and friends already being seated outside, he reiterated that the restaurant was fully booked. It seemed that more couples and groups without children were allowed in, even without bookings. Overall, it was apparent that this establishment was not family-friendly, even if the children were well-behaved. It's unfortunate, as it used to be a nice place."

"Met my family here today for coffee and lunch. We were not permitted to sit on one of the three long vacant sofas inside to avoid the rain outside. We therefore decided not to have proper lunch. Sitting outside, one toasted sandwich, two milkshakes, one coffee and tea cost me well over £30. My French is very good but to describe my Cheese and Tomato toasty just in the French language was absolutely ridiculous and PRETENTIOUS. The person who took our order had no sense of humour and could not have cared less. Owners of this place please note, the most important asset a company has is its staff and yours looked so overworked. I will not be returning to your plush sofas which customers are not allowed to sit on!"
