"a large customer service from the management, the worst thing I've ever visited in mine, what a disappointing one. we were hurried as soon as it came, asked what drinks we wanted in the entrance before we even sit or have the chance to look at the menu. then the manager came and asked him you know what you want, I said I haven't seen the menu yet when I just opened my birthday card, replied well, they can hurry/see it the menu and choose because we could have a big table of (I was aware of their big party booking when I was the wk before the request of a table and they said first to be busy, but then it said my table. I made sure how long we could have the table and how they said it could have all the night, so I knew we would not have to hurry, so booked it. when we sat, we didn't let ourselves watch the menu, but chose to stand while we picked it up. then the meals were brought out in a very short time, obviously not freshly cooked again. the pie meat was not very warm and the gravure in it, it did not seem to be cooked in the individual pie bowl in which it came, that is safe. the chips were so undercooked that my partner could not eat them and the chicken fillet was so small that it did not see any existent, just like a booze sauce on the teller. No one asked us how the food was for us to let them know, the manager sat on the next table and just went into the bar that helped to drink all the time. we finally told the waitress about the meal of my partners and they gave it, but nothing was done except the manager coming to us and being released, say the chips are boiled three times, no one has ever done about them before and the huh is a normal size filet it is not small, they knew that we really were busy with a party, but they wanted to come. I said, I guess they have a big book / are busy with them, but we are not part of this group, the fact that they have a big book not the quality of our food that was really poor, we were completely rushed at the beginning and have not been taken into account since, do not ask how this is eating. they said the customers don't want us to ask them how this is, we should have laid our hands and told them. I said it's very difficult as a customer to do this, and even now it's difficult, but I say something because it was so bad. they did not see anything from our sight or seemed ready, simply completely repulsive and degrading behavior of the manager as he spoke was shocking. I expect that the amount of drink he did led to this bad attitude. regret that it was my birthday, not a happier there at all"

"We were seated promptly and our order taken and drinks served, the food took just over 45 minutes and no offer of an explanation for the delay. The menus were too many and in lots of forms, just simplify a little, no wonder you needed a clip board to hold them all. When the meals did arrive the roast dinner was not good the beef was dry and really tough, as old boots comes to mind, the roast potatoes were very hard and very difficult to cut, looked as if they had been in the roasting tin for at least 2 days and reheated. There was a teaspoonful of cabbage and 1 tiny floret of broccoli. this offering was on the specials menu and the only reason it was special is that it must have been yesterdays leftovers. With the other meal was a small jug of gravy, which when poured was very lumpy. We do like horse radish sauce but unfortunately there should have been some on the table and there wasn't. We asked for some and we were half way through the meal before it arrived. The real value of an enduring business lies in the ability to provide good service. On this occasion you missed it by a mile. There seemed to be a significant difference between the fast food outdoor service and the indoor table service and people around us seemed to think the same. The cost of the roast beef dinner was very expensive compared to other local offerings and together with the poor quality an altogether poor experience."
